Point Cloud to Revit 2025 – Golf Course Terrain

I’m looking for someone with proven experience converting point-cloud data into accurate, high-quality Revit terrain models. The project is an existing golf course captured as a point cloud. The final deliverable needs to be a clean and usable Revit 2025 (.RVT) model that represents the existing course as accurately as reasonably possible. Scope: • Process the supplied point-cloud data • Recreate the existing golf course terrain/topography • Maintain accurate elevations and natural slopes from the scan • Produce smooth terrain without excessive triangulation, jagged surfaces or sharp edges • Model/represent fairways, bunkers, grass areas, hills and other significant terrain features • Include trees/vegetation representation where required • Surrounding buildings do NOT need to be modelled • Deliver a clean, workable Revit 2025 file We have already tested DXF/XYZ-to-Toposolid workflows, but the resulting terrain was too rough and produced sharp, unnatural edges. I need someone who understands how to properly process the point-cloud data and create a much higher-quality terrain model. IMPORTANT: Please do not apply if you have not done this type of point-cloud/terrain-to-Revit work before. This is not a standard building Scan-to-BIM project. Experience with large external sites, landscape/topography, LiDAR, Civil 3D, Autodesk ReCap or similar point-cloud processing workflows would be particularly useful.
