Project Title: Build an AI-Assisted Platform for Verified Scholarships, Grants and Education Opportunities I am looking for an experienced developer to build a platform that helps users discover study opportunities, scholarships, fellowships, educational grants and other education funding. The platform will combine human-curated, verified listings with AI-assisted discovery and personalised recommendations. Our team will research, verify and publish opportunities, while AI will help identify relevant opportunities, summarise information and match users with suitable options. Core features: An admin dashboard for adding, editing, reviewing and publishing opportunities. Opportunity listings showing eligibility, funding, country, study level, deadlines and official application links. Search and filters by opportunity type, country, subject, study level and funding. User accounts with profiles and saved opportunities. AI-assisted recommendations based on users’ backgrounds, qualifications and interests. An AI assistant that helps users find opportunities and understand application requirements. A review process for AI-discovered opportunities before they receive a verified label. A mobile-friendly design that is easy to use. Accuracy is central to this project. AI should generate summaries and recommendations from real, traceable sources. It must not invent scholarships, grants, funding amounts or application links. Listings should clearly show their source and verification status. I would like to start with a practical MVP that can be expanded later. Please include in your proposal: Your recommended approach and technology. Examples of relevant platforms or AI integrations you have built. The features included in your proposed MVP. Your estimated cost, delivery timeline and ongoing running costs. Your approach to source verification and AI accuracy. Please explain how our team will manage and publish opportunities independently after handover.

IOS developer: app from detailed spec and existing Swift source

Skippers Online is a UK online sailing school. Our lessons app, "Skippers Lessons", is finished and working on Android and Windows. We now need an experienced iOS developer to bring the iPhone/iPad version to the App Store. The code is already written. The Swift source for the iOS app has been written with Claude (Anthropic's AI) from a detailed technical handover, but it has not yet been compiled or run, because it was written without a Mac. Your job is to turn it into a working, published app. What the app does: - Students sign in with their Skippers Online account (or continue as a guest) - They download narrated HTML5 lessons (roughly 100-200 MB each) and play them offline - Access to each course is controlled by the server; lessons can be deleted to free space - Password reset happens inside the app What you'll receive: - The Swift source files (WKWebView, background URLSession downloads, Keychain, ZIPFoundation), iOS 17+, universal iPhone and iPad - The shared lesson-list screen (one HTML page, used unchanged by all our apps) - A 25-page handover document covering the design, the server calls and a full test checklist - The working Android app and source code for reference - The server side is complete and live: you won't need to change it Your job: - Set up the Xcode project from the supplied code and get it building - Fix whatever doesn't compile or doesn't behave correctly on a real iPhone and iPad - Test against the checklist (sign-in, guests, downloads in the background, offline playback, audio with the silent switch on, and so on) - Set up TestFlight, then take the app through App Store review to release, under our own Apple Developer account (you'll be added as a team member) Requirements: - Proven apps in the App Store; please include links - Experience with WKWebView, background downloads and App Store submission - Willing to work with existing code rather than rewrite it - UK-based or able to work UK hours is a plus How we'll maintain it: we intend to keep maintaining the app with Claude after handover, including Apple's yearly rebuild. So please keep it simple to pick up: plain Swift with as few third-party libraries as possible, clear comments, a README covering setup, build and release, and a build that runs from the command line (xcodebuild) as well as in Xcode. You're welcome to use AI tools such as Claude Code yourself. At the end we must receive the full Xcode project and source code; we own all rights to the work. In your proposal, please give: 1. A fixed price for getting the supplied code working and released, with your estimated timescale 2. A price for the yearly update Apple requires (rebuilding with the current Xcode and resubmitting), as a fallback 3. Links to two or three apps you've built Shortlisted applicants will receive the code and the full handover pack.

Make a betting website with a casino

I’m ready to launch a full-featured betting platform that combines a traditional sports book with a lively online casino. The site must allow users to place real-time wagers on Football, Basketball and Tennis events, with live odds, in-play betting and a clean statistics feed to keep punters informed. Alongside the sports book I need an integrated casino lobby featuring Poker, Slots and Roulette. These games have to run smoothly on desktop and mobile, with provably fair or certified RNGs, fast loading times and engaging graphics. Key pieces I’ll be looking for: • End-to-end site development: UX/UI design, front-end, back-end, and secure database architecture. • Robust account management: registration, KYC flow, wallet, bonuses and responsible-gaming controls. • Payments: seamless deposits and withdrawals through major cards, crypto and e-wallets, all handled with industry-standard encryption. • Admin dashboard: odds control, game & player management, reporting and risk-monitoring tools. • Scalable infrastructure so the platform can handle peak traffic without lag. I value clean, well-documented code and a developer who can guide me on compliance basics (licensing, geo-blocking, age verification) even if the final paperwork stays on my side. If you’ve launched similar sportsbook-casino hybrids before and can share live links or demos, that will help me shortlist quickly. Tell me how you’d approach the build, which frameworks or APIs you’d rely on for odds and casino integration, and an estimated timeline from kickoff to launch.
