World-Class SaaS Video Editor
**Seeking World-Class SaaS Video Editor — High-Impact Promo Video for AI Platform** Timeline: Delivery within 5 days of project kick-off Position: Remote / Freelance Project Type: One-off with strong potential for ongoing work **What We Need We need a video that stops people mid-scroll and makes them think: "What the f** Is this and how do I get access?" This isn't a corporate explainer. This isn't a talking-head testimonial. This is a cinematic, high-energy product promo that showcases what our platform actually does, and makes the viewer feel like they're watching something spectacular. **The Quality Bar We are looking for editors who can match or exceed the production quality of these three videos. Do not apply if you cannot honestly say your work competes at this level: Pixis: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cq0E7jMowRI Wondercraft: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K1jujbuJ7KM Base44: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wzhsrwSOTY Watch all three before applying. These are your reference points, not your inspiration. Your portfolio should already contain work that plays in this league. **What the Project Involves - One hero promo video — 2 to 3 minutes, optimised for YouTube and Facebook (horizontal) - 3–5 cut-downs from the hero video for Instagram Reels and TikTok (vertical, 30–60 sec) We will supply: screen recordings, platform UI footage, voiceover/script/script direction, brand assets, and raw materials You bring: motion graphics, transitions, pacing, sound design, text animation, and the editorial instinct to make software look sexy **You Are the Right Person If: - You have a portfolio of SaaS or tech product promo videos — not just general commercial work - You understand how to make software UI look dynamic and engaging on screen (not just screenshare recordings thrown on a timeline) - You work fast without sacrificing quality — we move at startup pace - You communicate clearly, hit deadlines, and don't need hand-holding - You've worked with founders or startups before and understand the stakes **You Are Not the Right Person If: - Your portfolio is mostly weddings, vlogs, or generic corporate talking-head videos - You need a fully scripted storyboard before you can begin - You've never edited a product demo or SaaS promo video - You bid low to win and then disappear **How to Apply Send us: - 3 examples of your best SaaS or tech promo work — YouTube links preferred - One sentence on why you're the right editor for this — not a template, something real - Your estimated timeline and rate Applications without portfolio links will not be reviewed. We're moving fast — the right person will be selected within 48 hours of posting.

Freelance Architectural Draughtsperson
I am a London-based Town Planner currently transitioning into private practice and seeking to establish a small, reliable pool of freelance draughtspersons capable of producing accurate, scaled technical drawings for UK planning submissions. The work will primarily relate to permitted development (PD) schemes, including prior approval applications and certificates of lawfulness. The role is production-focused rather than design-led. You will be responsible for preparing planning-ready drawing packs based on structured information provided. All drawings must be accurately scaled (typically 1:50 or 1:100), clearly annotated, consistent in presentation, and suitable for validation by UK local planning authorities. You will be working from a combination of structured measurement data provided by homeowners under instruction, marked-up sketches and/or reference layouts, photographs of the property, AI-generated draft layouts where applicable, and clear written instructions and planner mark-ups. The ability to interpret and rationalise imperfect or incomplete input data is therefore essential. The scope of work will generally fall into two categories. For prior approval applications, the requirement will typically be limited to existing and proposed block plans. For certificates of lawfulness, a full drawing set will be required comprising existing and proposed ground and first floor plans, existing and proposed roof plan, existing and proposed front, rear and side elevations, and an existing and proposed long section. Applicants must have demonstrable experience producing UK-specific planning drawings and a clear understanding of existing versus proposed conventions, scaling standards, and annotation clarity within a residential context. Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent software is required. Experience with permitted development schemes and familiarity with local planning authority validation requirements would be highly advantageous. All work will be undertaken remotely. You will not be required to attend site, and all measurements will be provided. Your role is to accurately translate the information received into compliant drawing sets, which will be reviewed prior to submission. If this role is of interest, please provide relevant examples of UK planning drawings (including plans, elevations and sections), together with an indication of cost for both (a) a prior approval drawing pack (block plans only) and (b) a certificate of lawfulness drawing pack (full set as outlined above). Please also confirm your approximate turnaround time for each of these drawing types, the software you use, and your availability for ongoing work. As proposals will be taken forward on a national basis, there will be some degree of homeowner engagement in relation to providing measurements. Please confirm whether there is any additional information, verification, or safeguards you would typically require when working from homeowner-supplied data to ensure accuracy. Ongoing work is anticipated for the right candidate, subject to quality and reliability. I look forward to hearing from you.

Here's a clear, polished explanation of exactly what i want: I am looking for a highly advanced, hardware-based game cheat / internal hack that operates as a pre-OS bootloader loaded from a physical USB stick. Core Requirements: Pre-Windows Execution The software must launch before Windows itself boots. It runs directly from a bootable USB stick (probably as a custom EFI/UEFI application or minimal bootloader). This allows it to initialize and stay resident very early in the boot process. Memory Reading & ESP (Visual Information) Once Windows and the target game load, it reads the game’s memory in real-time. It displays on-screen information (player positions, health, etc.) as an overlay/ESP on your monitor. Humanized Aimbot (Mouse Control) Automatically moves your mouse toward enemies. Must look natural and human-like (with smoothing, randomization, human curve patterns, etc.). Includes a customizable FOV (Field of View) so it only activates when enemies are within a certain angle on your screen. Silent Aimbot (Bullet Redirection) A completely silent version that forces bullets to hit the enemy’s head. Even if your crosshair is nowhere near the target (or you would normally miss), the shot still registers as a headshot. Also has its own separate FOV control. Configurable In-Game Menu A clean, toggleable menu (probably ImGui or similar) where you can adjust: FOV for both aimbot and silent aim Smoothing / humanization settings Other options (keybinds, colors, ESP styles, etc.) Maximum Stealth (The Most Important Part) The entire system must avoid leaving any Windows logs, artifacts, or detectable traces. No driver signatures that Windows records, no event log entries, no registry changes, no temporary files, no crash dumps, etc. It must be designed to be as undetectable as possible by both Windows security features and modern anti-cheat systems. In short: I want a boot-from-USB, pre-OS, memory-reading cheat with humanized aimbot + silent aimbot + ESP, full customization menu, and extreme anti-detection/anti-logging focus.

B2B Sales Consultant – AI Projects
Job Title: B2B Sales Consultant – AI Projects (Remote, Contract – Full Time) About Us We’re a small, fast‑moving software company that designs and delivers custom AI‑driven solutions and platforms for B2B clients. Most of our work involves AI development projects, so this role is a great opportunity to get exposure to practical, real‑world AI implementations across different industries. Role Overview We’re looking for a full‑time, contract B2B Sales Consultant who can own the sales process from first contact through to closed projects. You’ll primarily work with warm leads: prospects who visit our website (including visitors coming from our outbound/cold email campaigns) and past leads already in our pipeline. Your focus will be turning that interest into well‑qualified opportunities and signed AI projects. This role is remote and open to candidates based in the US or Europe. What you’ll do Call and qualify warm leads who visit our website, especially those arriving from our outbound/cold email campaigns. Follow up with historic leads and previously engaged prospects to re‑open conversations and move them forward. Schedule, prepare for, and run consultative discovery calls to understand business problems, requirements, and budgets for AI and software projects. Collaborate with the founder to shape solution outlines and translate them into clear, compelling written proposals. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, deals, and next steps in our CRM. Drive a disciplined follow‑up process (emails, calls, reminders) to keep opportunities progressing through the pipeline. Provide feedback on messaging, outreach, and positioning to improve lead quality and close rates over time. What we’re looking for Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in software, SaaS, or technology services. Strong closing skills and confidence leading discovery conversations with decision‑makers. Comfortable calling inbound website visitors and re‑engaging older leads in a professional, value‑driven way. Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to write concise, persuasive emails and proposals. Interest in AI and willingness to learn how to position AI solutions in business terms (prior AI sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory). Organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Compensation Contract, full‑time role (40 hours per week). Base: 2,500 USD per month. Commission: 10% of project value on projects where you are the primary salesperson. Commission is paid in parts shortly after each stage payment is received from the client (projects are typically invoiced over 3 to 6 stages). Change requests and post‑project changes are excluded from commission unless you are the primary driver for these. Please send: A brief introduction about yourself and your B2B sales background. Examples of tech or AI/software‑related projects you’ve sold (deal size, sales cycle length, your role). A short note on how you approach following up with warm inbound leads and older, “quiet” opportunities.

I am looking for a comic book artist to draw my short horror series. Before I go into details here’s a few things for you to know before you send in an application for the role: - No A.I. Seriously, NO A.I! Do not even bother applying or wasting my time, you are not an artist, you are lazy. I will want to see drawings and sketches to show to you are not using A.I, and if you have been then you will be fired. I want a comic artist, someone who knows about comic pages and drawings, and if you have any prior experience on projects great, if not that’s ok as well. You will be drawing some dark themes and images, not awful or too extreme (Such as child mur-der or over the top gore). There will be some sex scenes or sexual acts and some violence but nothing over the top or super-super gore. This is not 100% required but I wouldn’t mind someone from England, as the comic takes place in England and we need to capture the grittiness of England and it’s people. My spelling and grammar can be awful sometimes, but reset assured I have hired an editor and someone who has spelled checked and grammar corrected my work, so the dialogue is correct and edited. Details of the project. I have been working on 6 short stories focusing on the occult within Northampton. If you like Alan Moore or the early John Constantine Hellblazer's you’ll hopefully like this. This story focus on magick (Yes, Magick with a K), taking inspiration from occultist like (Mainly) Aleister Crowley, John Dee and the gothic work of H.P Lovecraft. If you like the occult and magick, great! The story, for a brief summery, is about different people in Northampton and is a kind of pulp- fiction like story, where some events and characters cross over or impact others. I want to contain the details of the story due to not wanting to give too much away unless you are my artist. You will have to sign a contract saying you will not share or copy my work, even if you aren’t my artist and have made it through to the next stage. Just because this project is important to me and I have worked really hard on it for a few months and I don’t want someone to copy it or steal my ideas. All of the stories will be in black and white with only blood for colour, and the styles are usually simple realistic drawings - Think Hellblazer, swamp thing, Mr.A that kind of stuff (I’ll link some pages below). But there will be some different styles, such as how pages are laid out or maybe a different tone. One story is a cinema story, so there will be pages where it looks like the comic is a film tape burning or with film flickers. But you will have all this covered in a guide book. Now this book will detail everything, character designs, locations, styles, covers. Everything. Then on each comic layout you will have extra details relating to that issue. You will also have details on each page, such as how the page will look and what we see. A lot of the details for this project will be in the guidebook, so if you are chosen, or make it to the next stages of wanting to be my artist, I will send you the guide book and that will give you a better idea of what I want from you and what will be seen in this project. The goal of this project is to be my start in comics. I will be putting this online, on globalcomix and will also be submitting it to be published. This is the start of a long series involving Northampton and the occult, so you never know, if this goes well we might be working a lot more together and publishing our work in hopefully big companies. My goal is to submit this to Image comics, Dark horse or other major companies who are mainly independent. No Marvel or DC, not after what they did to Alan Moore and how Stan Lee took the credit for most of Marvel. As I work full-time I will be paying you per page when we are both free. I’m not expecting this to be done in a weeks time. I might pay you in one go depending on the price, but I will be looking to do a kickstarter and go fund me to help out. I can pay you, but it might not be in one go or maybe a few pages per month. One thing I will mention is you do have creative freedom, I will allow you to make suggestions or some ideas on maybe different angles or pages. I am very open and approachable. If you wish to apply please go ahead and we can discuss this further. If you have any proof of your work please submit that as well so I can have a look at your work. Again, NO A.I! Thank you for reading. (When you submit please state your per page cost, or maybe bundle deals, examples of work, a bit about you, and if you want to (Optional) your favourite comic character, series or anyone important in comics you like. In no real order, write however you like)
