UK Planning Consultant Required – Full Planning Application (Clay Cross, Derbyshire) Project I require an experienced UK Planning Consultant to prepare and submit a full planning application for a proposed development of two flexible commercial units at 8 Thanet Street, Clay Cross, Derbyshire. I already have concept drawings and a proposed site layout. I am looking for a planning professional to review the proposal, strengthen it where necessary, prepare the planning documentation and manage the application through to submission. I'm launching a premium home-scent brand and need an experienced artworker to take an approved label design to a print-ready mechanical. The product is a 500ml trigger spray, so the job is a single wrap label built against the manufacturer's dieline. The creative is already settled. This is production artwork: rebuilding the approved layout in Illustrator or InDesign, setting CLP hazard wording, an allergen list and a barcode correctly at small sizes, and delivering a print-ready CMYK PDF with bleed and crop marks plus packaged editable source files.
