I need a new illustration made from scratch very similar to the example given here for a similar venue in England (Dunford House, West Sussex). You may need to wait until we get a new site layout to you for the exact up to date current layout of the venue. It would be a bonus if we are given the editable final design files of the final result too.

Baseball Christmas Card Layout

6- Panel Christmas Card Layout Assistance. We have a "Home for the Holidays" theme for our Christmas card (play on Baseball home plate). I have attached a layout for this accordion style card. Interior Design for Teenage Son’s Bedroom

Hi there, My teenage son has a large dormer bedroom. We are looking to re design the room for him. Dormer rooms can naturally be a bit tricky in my opinion. I would be happy to provide a sketch and measurements of the room and will then want a design which gives the best layout to make use of the space. Change layout of a Shopify template landing page

I'm building a landing page on Shopify for my clothing brand due to launch later this year. The purpose of this landing page is to get people to sign-up to my newsletter. I'm using the Brooklyn template, and can't figure out how to: - have a newsletter signup block with text sit directly beneath the Heading text and overlay the Heading image. I don't want the block sitting beneath the heading image, as I don't want people to have to scroll down to sign up to the newsletter. I want it all in one, like this website for Eatsundays . com . - I also want to see what my landing page would look like with my logo large, and up against the top left corner of the landing page. At the moment, the template only allows for the logo to sit an inch from the edges, and I can't make it large. - Temporarily remove the cart symbol from nav bar. I will need to add this back in when I turn the landing page to a full ecommerce website later on. - I would also like to see the page with the header text moved to the left. See attachment for an idea of what I mean.

Figma file to Wordpress/Webflow/Framer landing page

I have a completed Figma design that I need making into a working, responsive landing page. The design and copy is all done, I just need it making into a live page. This is just one landing page with approximately 8 'sections', not a whole website. The Figma page is just flat design, no auto layout etc. The design is fairly basic, mainly images and text, there will be a couple of video embeds I would like to have. There is also a pricing section. If there can be some sort of animation on the page then great, but it is not essential. I am not fussy about the platform. Current site is Wordpress but I am ok if you want to use Webflow or Framer. Looking for an immediate start and quick turnaround.

Building Control pack for UK Building Control

Review internal layout from to improve the interior design. Produce a Building Control pack for UK full plans submission for a new built 159 sqm (approx.) chalet bungalow. This includes the CAD drawings (based on planning drawings and sketches), foundations, roof, internal and external walls, steel, stairs, construction notes, insulation, etc. Produce the structural calculations for Building Control to review and sign off. Have UK insurance for both Architectural and Structural Engineering. I have the planning documents and would like to see if the layout could be improved (keeping the same footprint) I will get a desktop geological study in the next 2 weeks.
