This role is perfect for someone who’s great at written communication, understands basic sales psychology, and can follow a clear process (scripts + frameworks), while still sounding human. Main goal: handle inbound DMs, qualify leads, and book calls (or move prospects to the next step). ⸻ Key responsibilities • Respond to inbound DMs quickly and professionally (IG / LinkedIn / X-style conversational selling) • Ask the right questions to qualify the lead (budget, timing, pain, decision-maker, etc.) • Handle light objections and keep momentum • Book calls / hand off qualified leads cleanly • Track conversations + outcomes in a simple system (Google Sheet / CRM) • Flag common questions + patterns so we can improve scripts and automation ⸻ Requirements • Strong written English (clear, natural, no spammy “guru” language) • Experience as a DM setter / appointment setter / sales chat support • Comfortable following a process + improving it • Fast response time during agreed coverage hours • Discreet + professional (you’ll see sensitive business conversations) Nice to have: • Experience in high-ticket services/coaching/consulting • Familiar with IG voice notes, Loom, Calendly, simple CRM workflows How to apply (IMPORTANT) To be considered, please send: 1. I am rebuilding the Shop section of an existing WordPress website that runs on WooCommerce. The store sells Christian products such as books and devotionals, gifts for women, gifts for men, stationery, accessories, curated gift sets, and a few premium items like wine. The current shop layout is cluttered and not intuitive, which makes it hard for customers to find products and discourages purchases. This project is focused on structure and usability, not decorative design. I want the shop rebuilt from scratch with a clean, logical layout that feels organised, calm, and easy to browse. The freelancer will confirm WooCommerce is properly installed, create a new Shop page (not edit the existing one), and set up a clear category structure based on how customers actually think and buy. The intended categories are Books and Devotionals, Gifts for Women, Gifts for Men, and General Christian Gifts for neutral or universal items. Existing products should be correctly assigned to these categories. Each category should be structured to avoid overwhelming customers, with roughly 20 products per page, pagination enabled, and no more than 3 to 4 pages per category. Category thumbnails should be added where appropriate, and the shop must be easy to navigate on both desktop and mobile. No new products need to be uploaded. All products already exist. The main goal is to improve product discovery, reduce friction, and make the shop feel accessible and trustworthy rather than crowded or confusing. I am looking for someone with solid WordPress and WooCommerce experience who understands eCommerce structure and customer behaviour, not just plugin installation. You should be able to think like a buyer, make sensible decisions around layout and categorisation, and explain your reasoning clearly. Experience working on gift shops or content-driven stores is a plus but not required. This is a short, focused project and should be completed within a few days once started. The budget is fixed and the scope is clearly defined, so please apply only if you are comfortable working within those limits. When applying, include a brief summary of your WooCommerce experience, one example of a shop or category structure you have worked on, and a short explanation of how you would approach making this shop easy and intuitive for customers.

4 days ago6 proposalsRemoteGlobal B2B SaaS Stripe payment Setup (No Code Required)
START OF BRIEF Project: Global B2B SaaS Stripe Setup (No Code Required) I need a Stripe expert for a remote co-working session to configure my dashboard. No coding is required as my developer will handle the integration; I just need someone who knows the Stripe settings inside-out. We have a SaaS platform for global users and need to ensure the following logic is 100% correct. 1. Priority #1: Advanced Bank Transfers (The Most Important Method) We need to configure "Virtual Bank Accounts" via Stripe’s Automated Bank Transfer system. The priority is that our B2B clients receive a professional invoice with unique local bank details (Account Number/Sort Code) in their own local currency. This must be enabled for the UK, EU, USA, Japan, and Mexico so big B2B clients can "push" payments to us exactly like a local vendor. NOTE: This is our most important payment method and must be the primary focus of the setup. 2. Detailed Global B2B Payment Strategy In addition to Bank Transfers, we need to cater to specific markets with the following. Please note: We do NOT want Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Revolut Pay. Global Baseline: Enable Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal for all 50+ target countries. USA: Enable ACH Direct Debit. This is mandatory for our US B2B clients to avoid card fees. United Kingdom: Enable Bacs Direct Debit for the 12-month monthly contracts. Europe: Enable SEPA Direct Debit. Also enable iDEAL (Netherlands) and Bancontact (Belgium). China: Enable both Alipay and WeChat Pay for full coverage. South Korea: Enable local South Korean Cards. Middle East: Ensure Card support is optimized for local currencies (AED, SAR). 3. Pricing & Subscription Logic Ad Packages: £100 per advert. Users can select multiple adverts with a "volume discount" (the more they buy, the cheaper the unit price). Annual Plan: Standard yearly subscription that can be canceled anytime. Monthly Plan: 12-month minimum contract, restricted to UK customers only (legal/accountability reasons). 4. Branding & Compliance Apply our website theme, logos, and branding to all Stripe invoices and hosted pages. Implement our "Terms of Business" into the checkout flow so users must agree before paying. 5. Stripe Tax & B2B Setup We need to activate Stripe Tax and Tax ID Collection. This ensures that when a business in another country enters their Tax ID, Stripe automatically validates it and sets the tax to 0% (Reverse Charge). Developer Note: We will use the command "automatic_tax[enabled]=true". Product Mapping: Use Tax Code txcd_10103001 (SaaS - business use). 6. Regional Restrictions Ensure the "Monthly 12-Month Contract" plan is hidden or blocked for any user whose billing address or IP is outside of the United Kingdom.

Website Needs Backend Updating
I currently hosted domain from Go Daddy and had someone create a website for me that’s hosted by WordPress. The website is timewarnerent.com — the website auto pulls news from different locations updating all day long on the main page like an aggregator website. It does have an element where we write are own materials as well. However, it has stopped updating the aggregation element and I cannot get in contact with the original creator. In addition, WordPress just did a migration and now we’re having issues with some of our plug-ins. So I’m looking for someone who’s comfortable to go in to the back end and make edits so that the website auto pulls again from various other news outlets to keep the website updated and to work on the plug-ins so that we are able to post our own news and content. Right now, the bios of my writers are not showing their previous work, there’s random codes showing up on the front end, and our seo plug-in that used to allow us to choose how to best position the articles that we personally write are not showing. These fixes could be as simple as just installing a new plug-in and getting rid of the older one, but I just need some guidance and help. I set up below a fixed price amount just temporarily we can discuss, but since a majority of the work is done and just fixing some code, I would like to keep the budget relatively conservative
