Part-Time Admin Lead

Natural Genius Ltd is seeking a Part-Time Admin Lead to enhance our operational framework. This role, reporting directly to the Founding Director, Sam Bloomfield, requires 5-12 hours of remote work weekly and offers a competitive hourly rate of £18–£23, contingent upon experience and qualifications. The selected candidate will facilitate our mission-driven approach, ensuring that our administrative processes uphold our core values of care, integrity, responsibility, and reflective practice. An extended handover with the current lead will commence in early March, with an official start date set for April 1st. Interviews are scheduled for the afternoons of February 19th and 23rd.
