We will also share some brand guidelines and logo. We would like a final draft product within about a week of commissioning, which we can then share with the client for the review/comments. This may require a couple of iterations with us prior to sharing with our client and then a couple of iterations once the client has commented, prior to final sign-off by us and the client. We also have a second project of a similar nature that we would like you to do if this first one goes well. Any questions, please get in touch. I want these dates to be dynamic so that it displays the actual upcoming date of the Thursday following the next upcoming Thursday, once that date has passed, it will display the next Thursday. For example if the date of the next upcoming Thursday is the 13/08/2026 it will display the date of the Thursday following that (20/08/2026), all following event dates will show the dates of the following Thursdays e.g (27/08/2026 then 03/09/2026). Every Friday the dates will be refreshed to show the updated upcoming Thursdays. The idea is that users should not be able to make a booking for the next Thursday coming, bookings for each event will close 1 week prior to the event taking place. Property photographer needed in Solihull, Birmingham and London

We are a property media company looking for reliable local photographers to shoot residential properties for estate agent and short let (Airbnb) listings on an ongoing, per property basis. We need photographers based in or near Solihull, Birmingham (including roughly 20 miles around the city, from the centre to the suburbs) and London (anywhere across the capital). The job involves interior and exterior photos of homes with good HDR style lighting. Occasionally we will also need 360 virtual tour capture and short walkthrough video, and drone or aerial shots are a nice bonus but not essential. You would handle the shoot only. Scraping of hungarian insurance data

I have a Hungarian database that's open to the public without any login that I'd like scraped. Unfortunately, this database is extremely slow, tedious, and has "I'm not a robot" checks all the time. This makes it extremely difficult to even scrape it with Claude or any LLM. I'm looking for a creative individual that can pull this data for me and turn it into an Excel spreadsheet. There are going to be hundreds of thousands of data points in here. Please check out the website, and I have a comprehensive list of fields, basically every field that you can have to be scraped. This requires clicking through to the items and, in the majority of the cases, downloading a PDF and parsing that PDF as well. I am open to very creative ideas.
