I am a director and producing Frozen at a school in Macclesfield (North West). I have been let down by a technical company. Our Show is March 11-18th 2025 and the tech get in is ideally Thursday 6th March. 10 min audio to rebalance and amplify voices

Here is a ten minute audio clip. I need someone to rebalance the two voices - the female interpreter is consistently quieter than the male speaker. I then need the whole sound level to be louder without distortion so that it is easily audible. NB I have already cleaned the sound a little and removed bumps and coughs. I do not think that we can do much more of that without altering the naturalness of the quality. I have a service that can record live video streams from wifi cameras. I have 2 cameras, both Tenvis. For one I can use external IP, camera port and credentials to access, view and record the video stream. But for the second one this same method doesnt work. For the second camera (which I can view in their app on my phone) I have the local ip, external ip, rtsp port number, credentials. Ive tried rtsp URLS like this: rtsp://192.168.0.137:554/11 (this works, but problem is that this is using the LOCAL IP, so cant access this on the third party recording website) i tried this in the recording site and VLC and the stream doesnt load. It says connected and started streaming, but not image/video shows, then says error. rtsp://admin:password@EXTERNAL-IP:554/11 I need to fix this so I can add the video stream to my recording service. This can be done via chat in the workstream or remote assistance
