I recorded a podcast with three people. Only 2 mics worked. The L/R track of the mixer picked up the other person's voice. I was hoping to have the tracks put together and the sound levelled so they all sound the same. I need this turned around within an hour or two. There are three separate recordings, one is 9 minutes, the second is 33 minutes, and the third is 8 minutes.

Audio set up for fitness video recording

We do online fitness videos using a Rode microphone. When I get out of breath (which I do frequently...) the heavy breathing is too loud. Can you help me work out how to mitigate this? I see other trainers with head-mics who have done so successfully.

I am a director and producing Frozen at a school in Macclesfield (North West). I have been let down by a technical company.
