UK Law concerning Buy to Let Mortgages

I have a situation with the UK mortgage lender where I have a mortgage which needs to be redeemed in my soul name by the 31st of March 2026. When I asked the lender for a redemption figure they picked up on a disputed joint mortgage with a third-party from 6 1/2 years ago which had been repossessed because it had come to the end of its term what they are saying is that they have the right in law to now link both mortgages so when I repay the debt owed on the mortgage in my soul name they will not release the charge until the debt is repaid on the mortgage in joint names. I have questioned this two or three times and they refused to budge I would like advice on whether this is something that would stand up in court given that the two mortgages are in completely different entities, a little information regarding the joint Mortgage since my complaint about the way the repossession was handled 6 1/2 years ago I have not heard from them at all not one letter a statement or any communication whatsoever. It is my belief as this has been written off and that they are now trying to collect this using the security of the Mortgage in my soul name I have been trying to get this matter resolved them for over nine months they are In London! who no longer lends New borrowing they are just executing the old MORTGAGE EXPRESS book. It would be good if I would be able to speak to the successful person to discuss this matter as well as have a written answer as there are some complicated issues.

We are looking for a fully automated solution in Shopify that emails our customers a newest arrivals newsletter on a 2- or 3-weekly schedule, with no ongoing manual work once set up. Current setup: We use Shopify. We use Shopify Email (Shopify Mail) for newsletters. Our website is https://www.keylibrary.co.uk/ We already have a newest arrivals collection on our homepage. What we want to achieve: Every 14 days (or 21 days) an email is automatically sent to our mailing list. The email only includes products added during that specific time window. Products shown in one email must not appear again in the next email. There should be no manual product selection or email editing each time. Once configured, the system should run hands off. (These are images of an old project.. you would be working on new items) - The white Example is what our foam prototypes look like (this is the type of photo I would give you) - The green photo is of the REAL fully built leather costume (not a great photo, but I have a palette of all the colours we make in for you to work from) - the final image was a very quick a.i generated image which I felt was pretty good BUT it is NOT able to stay 100% faithful to the design in my WHITE foam master. I’m looking for someone who would be able to generate or paint an 1-2 images using our foam prototype images into a photo realistic final images that are an accurate representation of what the design will look like made out of leather, using the colours and finishes of my past designs as well as detailing. This potentially will be an ongoing requirement of 1-2 images per month, but turnaround time needs to be a maximum of seven days for each project from start to completion. I have two standalone Python scripts: • a real-time antenna control loop that streams data perfectly on its own, and • a small Tkinter interface with Start, Stop, and End buttons that also works when run separately. As soon as I merge them into a single file, the window still appears but none of the buttons respond. The antenna logic keeps running in the background, yet every GUI click is ignored, so I end up force-closing the app. I’m looking for someone who can: 1. inspect the merged code, identify why the Tkinter callbacks aren’t firing (likely event-loop or thread conflict), 2. refactor or restructure it so the GUI remains responsive while the antenna loop runs, and 3. hand back a single, clearly commented .py file plus a brief summary of what you fixed. The ideal result is: • Start → begins the real-time antenna routine; • Stop → pauses or safely halts that routine without freezing the window; • End → closes the program and releases any resources cleanly. and when u start to stop save the process as a file No need to alter antenna functionality—just make the integration solid and maintainable so I can learn from your approach.
