IOS developer: app from detailed spec and existing Swift source
Skippers Online is a UK online sailing school. Our lessons app, "Skippers Lessons", is finished and working on Android and Windows. We now need an experienced iOS developer to bring the iPhone/iPad version to the App Store. The code is already written. The Swift source for the iOS app has been written with Claude (Anthropic's AI) from a detailed technical handover, but it has not yet been compiled or run, because it was written without a Mac. Your job is to turn it into a working, published app. What the app does: - Students sign in with their Skippers Online account (or continue as a guest) - They download narrated HTML5 lessons (roughly 100-200 MB each) and play them offline - Access to each course is controlled by the server; lessons can be deleted to free space - Password reset happens inside the app What you'll receive: - The Swift source files (WKWebView, background URLSession downloads, Keychain, ZIPFoundation), iOS 17+, universal iPhone and iPad - The shared lesson-list screen (one HTML page, used unchanged by all our apps) - A 25-page handover document covering the design, the server calls and a full test checklist - The working Android app and source code for reference - The server side is complete and live: you won't need to change it Your job: - Set up the Xcode project from the supplied code and get it building - Fix whatever doesn't compile or doesn't behave correctly on a real iPhone and iPad - Test against the checklist (sign-in, guests, downloads in the background, offline playback, audio with the silent switch on, and so on) - Set up TestFlight, then take the app through App Store review to release, under our own Apple Developer account (you'll be added as a team member) Requirements: - Proven apps in the App Store; please include links - Experience with WKWebView, background downloads and App Store submission - Willing to work with existing code rather than rewrite it - UK-based or able to work UK hours is a plus How we'll maintain it: we intend to keep maintaining the app with Claude after handover, including Apple's yearly rebuild. So please keep it simple to pick up: plain Swift with as few third-party libraries as possible, clear comments, a README covering setup, build and release, and a build that runs from the command line (xcodebuild) as well as in Xcode. You're welcome to use AI tools such as Claude Code yourself. At the end we must receive the full Xcode project and source code; we own all rights to the work. In your proposal, please give: 1. A fixed price for getting the supplied code working and released, with your estimated timescale 2. A price for the yearly update Apple requires (rebuilding with the current Xcode and resubmitting), as a fallback 3. Links to two or three apps you've built Shortlisted applicants will receive the code and the full handover pack.

Line editor for non-fiction book about film
I'm looking for an experienced line editor, or two or three editors working in parallel, to help polish my next book. It is a data-led non-fiction guide to how part of the film business works. The first full draft is finished. The structure is settled, the research is done, and every figure and quotation has been checked against its source. The spelling is clean. Now it needs a good ear. I'd like the writing to: * read more naturally, more like one person talking to the reader; * lose any waffle, repetition or stiff phrasing; * keep a consistent tone from chapter to chapter. What the job is * A line edit for style, flow and concision. * Edits made in Track Changes in the Word files I send, with comments for anything you'd like me to decide. What the job isn't * Restructuring or developmental notes. The shape of the book is fixed. * Fact-checking. Figures, dates and quotations must stay exactly as they are. If something looks wrong, please leave a comment. * Proofreading for layout. That comes later. Practical details Length: about 150,000 words across 16 chapters, each standing on its own. Chapters range from about 5,000 to 25,000 words. British English, with a short style sheet that I'll provide. Who: I'm happy to work with one editor or to split the chapters between a few. If you can take the whole book, great. If you'd prefer a share, tell me how much. Timing: I'd like to start straight away, with chapters returned as you finish them, so I can work alongside you. Background: you don't need to know the film industry, but it would be a plus. In your proposal, please tell me: 1. Your price, for the whole book or per 10,000 words. The price listed on this ad doesn't mean anything, as it's not linked to a certain amount of work. That's for you to suggest from your experience, 2. How long it would take you, and how many words you could do in the first week. 3. A line or two about similar work you've done. 4. I get a lot of bots auto-applying and people who don't read the brief, so please confirm you are a human in the first line of the reply. Without that, I won't read the rest as I'll assume you didn't get to this bit of the ad! Thanks!

Wayfinding and Asset Id Signage (& Labels, Asset Tags etc)
I run an industrial asset management consultancy and have ventured into the site signage and asset identification sector on this market to give our clients a tied together service. We are producing signage to be used in industrial plants, both in their production/ factory floors and in their offices & HQ areas. I currently have the supply partners I use do the artwork, but am looking at bringing this in house and developing a more standardised approach, also then allowing us to go to a wider net of printing suppliers while also maintaining ownership and control of the designs. I am looking for a reliable and highly skilled graphic designer to fill that gap. We have works in progress, won bids and bids to prepare for currently. This offshoot business is in its early stages but is currently winning work and the plan is for this to be ongoing work. All designs must be in Adobe Illustrator and strictly no purely Ai generated work. The jobs are predominantly print but there are digital projects in the pipeline (virtual tours and user interfaces for digital wayfinding)

Parents and caregivers can share daily care updates, communicate through the app and access tools including activities, meals & recipes, learning resources and more. ### What we want to create We would like a **60–90 second animated explainer video** demonstrating how Nurture works. Parent joins Nurture** Nuri introduces the app while the Nurture interface appears on screen. **2. Nuri flies alongside the interface and points towards the relevant buttons/actions. **3. Nuri should add personality and warmth, but we don't want the video to feel overly childish. The primary audience is **parents of young children in the UAE**. We would particularly like someone who can combine: • 2D character animation • Motion graphics • App/UI animation • Screen recordings • Professional transitions • Voiceover/narration syncing • Sound effects/background music Nuri's existing design and colours **must remain consistent with our supplied mascot** rather than being redesigned or replaced with a generic AI-generated owl. ### Deliverables • Final 60–90 second explainer video • Vertical **9:16 version** for Instagram/Reels/TikTok • Landscape **16:9 version** for website/YouTube • High-resolution MP4 files • Animated Nuri mascot • Background music/sound design • Subtitles/on-screen captions • Source/project files where possible We can provide the Nurture branding, mascot artwork, app screenshots/screen recordings and guidance on the features that need to be demonstrated. ### When applying Please send examples of **app explainer videos, UI animations or character animation** you've previously created. We run a self-hosted, multi-agent AI harness (OpenClaw + Hermes-based control layer) for a small consumer-health company. Today on headless Mac minis, mid-term on Linux VPS; all hosts and team devices connected via Tailscale. It talks to the team over messaging, reads mail, Notion, Drive and meeting transcripts, and runs scheduled briefs and SOPs. Architecture is designed and documented; parts are built, parts aren't, and what's running needs hardening. YOUR JOB: stabilise what exists, then build out: - multi-user gateway (shared/private sessions, roles, member on/offboarding) - memory & shared knowledge base with per-member access control - skills (versioned, vetted, MCP tool integration) - cost metering per task/member, model routing cloud/local, enforced caps - encrypted backups with tested restores, scoped credentials, audit log, emergency stop - multi-device management (Tailscale ACLs, device onboarding/offboarding, key rotation, nothing on the public internet) - migration Mac mini -> VPS (containers, hardening, secrets, monitoring) without downtime MUST-HAVES - Deep hands-on OpenClaw knowledge (gateway, channels, cron/heartbeats, provider config, rules files, skills); Hermes a strong plus - You have operated a private network of servers + team devices for a business (Tailscale, Headscale, NetBird, ZeroTier, WireGuard or similar) - DevOps on macOS (launchd, logging, Ollama, git-based config) and Linux VPS - Eval mindset: golden test sets, runbooks for backup/restore and incidents - Very high responsiveness: same-day reaction to incidents, proactive status updates - Execution focus: small reviewable PRs, no re-architecting of decided plans - At least one verifiable business reference for production infrastructure or agent/automation work - Signed NDA + data-processing agreement (plus EU Standard Contractual Clauses if you are outside the EU/EEA) before any access. Paid trial (~1 week, fixed scope): backup + tested restore and a health-check heartbeat with escalation 5. Then ~2-3 months stabilisation, reducing to ongoing hours (retainer) TO APPLY - proposals without this are ignored: - Link relevant OpenClaw/Hermes work, repos or write-ups - Name one business reference we may contact - Answer in under 150 words: "A self-hosted agent silently stopped sending its scheduled morning brief. 9 days ago4 proposalsRemoteGoogle Ads Specialist Needed for Ongoing Management
I am looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to help me set up and manage Google Ads campaigns for my clients, initially focusing on plumbers and heating engineers in the UK. I am building a lead-generation agency and want to work with a reliable freelancer on an ongoing basis as I bring in new clients. I intend to offer different service tiers to my clients, with different levels of Google Ads management and support. I would like to discuss these tiers with the successful freelancer and agree on what each tier should include, along with the associated costs. What I need you to do: * Set up Google Search campaigns for local plumbing and heating businesses. * Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent search terms. * Write compelling Google Ads designed to generate phone calls and enquiry forms. * Set up location targeting, budgets, bidding strategies and negative keywords. * Set up conversion tracking for phone calls and website enquiry forms. * Optimise campaigns regularly to improve performance and reduce wasted ad spend. * Provide clear monthly reports showing clicks, leads and cost per lead. * Advise on campaign improvements where necessary. Some clients will have their own websites, while others may use landing pages I create using Lovable. Experience setting up conversion tracking on landing pages is therefore important. What I am looking for: * Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for local service businesses. * Ideally, experience working with plumbers, heating engineers or other trades. * Good understanding of lead generation and conversion tracking. * Someone who can manage campaigns independently and communicate clearly. * A freelancer interested in a long-term working relationship as my agency grows. Please include in your proposal: 1. Your experience with Google Ads, particularly for trades or local businesses. 2. Examples of campaigns you have managed and the results achieved, if available. 3. What is included in your monthly management service. 4. Your price for setting up and managing one client’s campaign. 5. Whether you can set up call and form conversion tracking. 6. How often you optimise campaigns and provide reports. 7. Whether you would be happy to discuss different service tiers and help me decide what should be included in each. Initially, I expect to start with a small number of clients, with the potential for regular ongoing work as the agency grows. I am looking for someone dependable who can deliver quality work and build a long-term relationship with me.

10 days ago5 proposalsRemoteVideo Editor for YouTube Architectural Transformation
About the Project: I am looking for a skilled video editor to establish an ongoing collaboration for an architectural YouTube channel focused on residential layout transformations, floor plan redesigns, and domestic space planning. The content is calm, visual, and educational. I will appear on camera minimally (brief intro/outro); the core focus is on 2D floor plans, digital hand-sketch overlays, and 3D visualisations. Deliverable for this Project: Edit 1 initial pilot video (target finished length: 8–10 minutes) as a paid trial. If the workflow and style align, this will convert into a consistent, long-term collaboration (batching regular long-form videos). Style & Pacing Reference: Editorial & Narrative Pace: Daniel Titchener (ARCHITECT REDESIGNS series). Clean, well-timed cuts with visual breathing room. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mUcMjIrRryE Structure & Progress Tracker: A clear phase progress bar along the bottom of the screen (similar to the chapter navigation in The Luxury Home Show) guiding viewers through each step: Intro → Existing Plan → Transformation Phases → Final Design. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L3rwD5arurs Focus: Highlighting the hand-drawn design thinking and architectural problem-solving rather than flashy, rapid-fire social cuts. Assets Provided: Clean voiceover audio track, screen captures of 2D plans and sketching, 3D model passes/renderings, and brief talking-head footage. In your proposal, please confirm: Links to 1–2 portfolio examples featuring clean pacing, narrative editing, or architectural/design content. Your standard turnaround time for an 8–10 minute cut. How many revision rounds are included in your fixed price. Which software you edit in (e.g. Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut).
10 days ago20 proposalsRemoteVideo editor needed for reels
Video Editor — Editing Style & Ongoing Content Brief I’m looking for a video editor to work with on an ongoing basis, primarily creating short-form content for social media. I’ve included the Instagram page below as a reference for the editing style I’m looking for: What I particularly like about their content is the overall editing style, pacing, transitions, visual effects, colour grading, text animation, sound design, and polished feel. I’m looking for someone who can replicate that overall style as closely as possible rather than simply creating a generic “Reels/TikTok” edit. The main adaptation The one major difference is that I want to incorporate a talking-head video in the corner of the screen throughout the content. The primary footage/content would remain the focus, with my talking head appearing as a secondary element — positioned and styled in a way that feels natural within the reference editing style. I’d want the talking-head element to be integrated into the edit rather than simply looking like a webcam overlay. Things such as framing, masking, borders, shadows, movement, positioning and transitions should all feel intentional and consistent with the overall visual style. What I’m looking for Ideally, you would be comfortable with: * Fast-paced, engaging short-form editing * Replicating the reference page’s overall editing language * Dynamic cuts and transitions * Motion graphics and animated text * Clean typography and on-screen captions * Strong sound design and music selection * Professional colour grading * Subtle visual effects where appropriate * Zooms, punch-ins and movement to maintain attention * Integrating a talking-head element into the composition * Creating edits that feel polished and premium rather than templated Content volume I’m looking to publish approximately 3–4 videos per week, so I’m interested in building an ongoing working relationship with the right editor rather than hiring for a one-off project. Consistency is important to me, so once we establish the visual style, I’d want that style carried across every video. What I’d like to know from you Before moving forward, I’d like to know: 1. Is this style something you’re capable of replicating? 2. How closely can you match the editing, pacing, colour grading, transitions, text animation and overall visual style of the reference? 3. Are you comfortable incorporating a talking head in the corner while maintaining the same polished aesthetic? 4. Can you provide examples of similar work you’ve done? 5. What would your pricing look like for 3–4 videos per week? 6. What would your typical turnaround time be? 7. Would you be comfortable doing an initial test edit so I can see how closely you can match the reference? The most important thing for me is quality and consistency. I’m not necessarily looking for the cheapest editor — I’m looking for someone who can genuinely achieve the visual standard I’m after and become a reliable long-term editing partner.

Need someone to help with Surrey County Council Tender
We are a private hire and passenger transport company based in Surrey and are looking for an experienced tender/procurement specialist who is very familiar with Surrey County Council, particularly its Home-to-School, SEND and passenger transport procurement processes. We are specifically looking for someone who already understands how Surrey County Council’s tendering/procurement portal and application process works and can lead and assist us through the process from start to finish. This is important to us. We are not looking for a general tender writer who will need us to explain the process or who will be learning how Surrey County Council’s system works while completing our application. We need someone experienced who understands what is required and can provide us with clear guidance throughout. We have previous experience within Surrey County Council school/passenger transport through a different company, and as a result we already have a substantial amount of documentation that may be useful for the new application. This includes policies and procedures such as complaints policies, recruitment processes and other operational/compliance documentation. We need someone who can review the documentation we already have, identify what can be reused or adapted for the new company, identify anything that is missing, advise us on exactly what additional policies/evidence are required, assist with the portal and application requirements, prepare strong and compliant responses and help us through to final submission. Previous direct experience with Surrey County Council is strongly preferred. Experience with UK local-authority Home-to-School transport, SEND transport or passenger transport frameworks would also be highly desirable.
