Business Development Manager - Hourly Rate and Commission

Sector: Residential Property / Residential Surveying Pay: Hourly rate + commission for each new referrer successfully converted About the Role My company is looking for a proactive, commercially minded and results-driven Business Development & Partnerships Manager to develop new referral relationships with estate agents, solicitors and other relevant residential property professionals. The objective is simple: identify suitable referral partners, build genuine relationships and convert them into regular sources of survey referrals. A good working knowledge of the UK residential property market is required. Ideally, you will have direct experience in residential surveying or valuation, although we will also consider candidates from related backgrounds such as estate agency, conveyancing, property consultancy, mortgage/property services or residential sales. You will initially work closely with a Director to understand our services, USPs, referral proposition and approach. This may involve shadowing calls and emails, us observing your initial calls, and a small number of online meetings. Once familiar with the process, you will be expected to take ownership of it. The Role This is not a role where success is measured simply by calls or emails sent. We want someone who takes initiative and is focused on creating genuine, revenue-generating referral relationships. You will be expected to: Proactively identify new estate agent, solicitor and property-sector opportunities. Research suitable firms using Rightmove, Google, company websites and other sources. Identify the correct decision-maker for surveyor recommendations or referral relationships. Make contact by telephone and email. Build rapport and understand existing referral arrangements. I need a website to search and find something

I need a website to have a search for new products from a specific suppliers. It is 2 categories. One for new mobiles and one for parts. In the back end i need to setup the suppliers info like xml or user login passwords. Some of them must login to see the details of the product. My basic setup is to search a product (example: iPhone 18 pro max) and the reply of this must show me the supplier, the product , the quantity and the price of this. It will be run on online server. I don't need to store the answer just check who has and in who has the lower price. Maybe later add AI chat on this. Also at the search page we must have a password before hit the search because these are wholesale prices and suppliers. The supplier import page must be a easy form to add my supplier details.

Skippers Online is a UK online sailing school. Our lessons app, "Skippers Lessons", is finished and working on Android and Windows. We now need an experienced iOS developer to bring the iPhone/iPad version to the App Store. The code is already written. The Swift source for the iOS app has been written with Claude (Anthropic's AI) from a detailed technical handover, but it has not yet been compiled or run, because it was written without a Mac. Your job is to turn it into a working, published app. What the app does: - Students sign in with their Skippers Online account (or continue as a guest) - They download narrated HTML5 lessons (roughly 100-200 MB each) and play them offline - Access to each course is controlled by the server; lessons can be deleted to free space - Password reset happens inside the app What you'll receive: - The Swift source files (WKWebView, background URLSession downloads, Keychain, ZIPFoundation), iOS 17+, universal iPhone and iPad - The shared lesson-list screen (one HTML page, used unchanged by all our apps) - A 25-page handover document covering the design, the server calls and a full test checklist - The working Android app and source code for reference - The server side is complete and live: you won't need to change it Your job: - Set up the Xcode project from the supplied code and get it building - Fix whatever doesn't compile or doesn't behave correctly on a real iPhone and iPad - Test against the checklist (sign-in, guests, downloads in the background, offline playback, audio with the silent switch on, and so on) - Set up TestFlight, then take the app through App Store review to release, under our own Apple Developer account (you'll be added as a team member) Requirements: - Proven apps in the App Store; please include links - Experience with WKWebView, background downloads and App Store submission - Willing to work with existing code rather than rewrite it - UK-based or able to work UK hours is a plus How we'll maintain it: we intend to keep maintaining the app with Claude after handover, including Apple's yearly rebuild.
