VPN Mobile App Connection Issue

We have a mobile app on Swift and Android, using AWS ec2 infrastructure to manage and provide VPN connections. This was working fine, until around 6 months ago where we can no longer connect to any VPN's we base in the UK. It's like the connection is timing out. We need some help to investigate and fix this issue, we don't know the cause of it. Any other VPN in another region is working fine, it's just the UK ones which don't - we are using squid VPN software.
