Microsoft 365 Administrator

I am looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 administrator to complete a one-off setup for a small organization (3–5 members of staff).

This project is set up only—I am not looking for ongoing IT support or a managed service.

The work can be completed remotely. We are based in Barking, London.

What I need set up

Microsoft 365 Business Standard for 3–5 users

SharePoint configured as a shared drive (central document storage)

Individual user accounts created

Folder structure with permissions (restricted and shared access)

Basic security enabled (strong passwords and two-factor authentication)

Short handover showing how to add/remove users

Skills & experience required

Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint

Experience setting up shared drives for small teams

Understanding of UK data protection/GDPR

Ability to deliver as a fixed-price, one-off project

Budget
