Stockholm, SEDid not resolve the initial issues with DNS settings. The contractor came up with a different solution which involved a significant extra cost. We agreed on that. Then he added additional costs that we had not agreed on, and threatened me with legal actions if I did not comply.
All in all, our email started working with a new Google Workspace account. The issue was resolved, however at a higher cost and longer time period. -

Clitheroe, GBAsked David to assist with Gmail and GDrive migration to Microsoft 365.
Unfortunately, he caused a major security breach by handing our login information to his cousins in Germany and India to access our company accounts using their mobiles. I had to get Microsoft to assist in securing the account.
Then added an extra £250 on at the end of the job for "extra time and effort". He has lots of hidden charges that he will not make you aware of and will say yes to everything including remote assist services but then bill you at the end without any warning that these were additional services. I made clear everything we required including Sharepoint before he started the job but is now trying to charge more.
Then comes all the threats of legal action to the point PPH Admin has had to step in and ask him to stop with the threats. Emails seem to be working ok, but Sharepoint has not been set up correctly so Microsoft are assisting in fixing this.
I wish I had paid more attention to the other reviews saying the same about David’s hidden charges. I had a very bad experience. -

The scope of work did not include adding mailboxes to client's compuer via screen sharing. I downloaded Office 365 on client's computer and spent considerable time and effort in adding the mailboxes to Outlook. I had to seek assistance of Microsoft Support on a conference call. Please call Jack and he will confirm that.
Take notice that I will claim the outstanding £330 for remote IT Support . Also claim defamation and malicious falsehood in the High Court. Anything rating than five stars is considered unsatisfactory by clients and prosepective clients.
