Set Up a Professional Domain Email Address

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to set up a professional email address using a domain that I already own.

I would like to create an address in the format hello@businessname.com and ensure that it works correctly for sending and receiving emails. I have attempted to configure this myself but have encountered technical issues.

The work will include:

- Advising on or connecting a suitable email-hosting provider - Gmail is my preference
- Creating the hello@mydomain.com mailbox
- Configuring the necessary domain and DNS records, including MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC
- Testing incoming and outgoing email delivery
- Helping me connect the mailbox to my preferred email app, if required
- Providing a brief handover explaining how I can access and manage the mailbox

I will provide access to the relevant domain and email-hosting accounts securely once the project has been awarded.
