I am looking for an experienced professional to complete an unfinished website and email migration. The previous developer did not complete the work, so I need someone who can take over and finish the project correctly.
This project must be completed within the next 2 days, so please only apply if you have the relevant experience and are available immediately.
The work required includes:
Migrate all email services from my current hosting provider back to Microsoft 365 Exchange so all staff can access their emails through Outlook again.
Configure Microsoft 365, Outlook and all necessary DNS records to ensure everything works correctly.
Optimise my WordPress website to significantly improve loading speed and overall performance while it remains hosted with my current hosting provider.
Check that the migration from Namesco has been completed correctly and that there are no remaining services, DNS records or dependencies left behind.
The final setup should be:
Website hosted with my current hosting provider.
Email fully managed through Microsoft 365 Exchange.
A faster, fully optimised website with improved performance.

1. Who is your current website hosting provider?
2. Is your Microsoft 365 tenant already active with the required licenses?
3. Approximately how many email accounts need to be migrated?
4. Have you already updated any DNS records, or are they still pointing to the previous configuration?
