FB Ads- I need to screen share + you show me how to learn FB ads

I am looking for someone to help me understand Facebook Ads - it is well known that the Meta landscape is a complete mess and I have spent a good while now clciking around and watching videos but nothing is setting in. I need to get running ads asap. I would like to screenshare using AnyDesk (very simple to use) - and basically ask you questions. We can screen share on your screen and you can show me and we can screen share on my screen where I can ask questions. I can build websites no problem, but Meta/FB layout is just absolutely a waste of space. I have various fb pages and a business suite, but it's all a complete mess and muddled up, would be good to get some order in the back end. Be great to speak to someone who is a native British speaker as I have problems underatanding strong foreign accents. I would assume we can do it in 2 hours.

I am looking for someone to edit our weekly podcasts. They need to have the following skills: 1. Good story telling - we will provide the podcast content on a weekly basis, they then need to pick out the best moments and create 3 - 5 teasers lasting 30 - 50 seconds. They need to select appropriate sound effects or music dependent on what has been said by the guest. Eg if something is sad, then sad music, if funny then funny sound effects or music to suit. Also on occasion include images that reference what is being said by guest. Along with the teaser, the final podcast in full. Currently our podcasts are plain and straightforward, with an intro and outro, no further sound effects or graphics, which we now want to introduce to make our podcasts more engaging. Record label visual identity, artwork etc...

We run two record labels, one established and a new self-releasing one. We are looking for a talented designer with great brand awareness and an understanding of how things should look in the house / electronic music scene to develop a colour palette, fonts, and image style which will define the look and feel of the label and our artwork on the new label. For the established label, we have artwork templates made by a former designer who supplied the template and instructions, but we need someone with the right skillset to work with this template, to create artwork and social media assets from it. After the initial setup of templates for both projects there will be small ongoing edits to account for our new releases, so we are looking for someone who is happy to do small edit jobs promptly as they are needed in future.
