3D model and external CGI renders – proposed detached house

I require a 3D model and photorealistic external renders of a proposed two-storey (plus attic) detached house in England.

I will provide:
– AutoCAD DWG floor plans and elevations
– PDF drawings
– site/location plan
– building material/colour information
– site photographs
– reference photographs for materials/appearance.

Please allow for:
– creation of an accurate 3D model from the drawings;
– realistic brickwork, roof covering, windows, doors, gutters/fascias etc.;
– driveway, lawn and simple landscaping;
– appropriate UK residential setting/background;
– 2 high-resolution exterior CGI images, provisionally front three-quarter and one alternative view;
– daylight/summer setting;
– two rounds of reasonable amendments.

Please confirm:
– fixed total price;
– number of renders included;
– proposed software;
– turnaround time;
– number of revisions included;
– whether the 3D model/source file can also be supplied; and
– examples of comparable UK residential work.
