2D / 3D CAD Designer Needed for Simple Product Design

I am looking for someone to help us take sketches, drawings and annotations and deliver 2D technical drawings and a 3D image of single pet products, such as toys, bowls, collars etc. 2D - The 2D technical drawing just has to be an outline with measurements and fabric samples etc. So black outline on white showing length, width in mm and fabric, simple 2D flat outline. Also show colours, but this can be a 2nd copy of the outline just with colours. You will be working from a PDF document I provide. Sometimes it may be a vaugue idea and you need to create and design, sometimes it may be more detailed and you need to just follow the document. See example of artwork. Ideally you can show me similar examples you have done, they do not have to be pet products but you should show me some work that resembles technical artwork drawing. Understanding the pet industry is a bonus. Fixed price is for one job, for example a dog collar. This is not rocket science, just need someone who is good with visual and flat CADs. Concept Design for a Modern Villa

Job title Front Entrance & Driveway Concept Design for a Modern Villa (Photos + SketchUp Provided) Job description I am looking for a creative exterior architect or landscape designer to help design the front outdoor layout of a villa currently under construction. The goal is to propose a coherent and elegant entrance concept for the front of the house, based on photos that I will provide. I can also share the original architect’s 3D model in Google SketchUp to make the work easier and more precise. The design should focus on the organization of the front exterior areas, including the access to the garage, the main entrance path, and a small parking area. Ideally, the proposal would include a ramp on the left side of the façade leading up to the garage. The pedestrian access to the front door could either be integrated within this ramp or designed as a staircase. A staircase solution where light could pass underneath the steps would be particularly interesting and architecturally appealing. One important constraint is accessibility: the design must allow someone to reach the front door using a wheelchair. The entrance should therefore include a smooth and practical accessible path. On the right side of the house, I would like to integrate a small parking area in front of the building. There are also a few specific constraints to consider. From the front door and the small patio area, there is a staircase that goes down on the right side toward the basement level. This staircase is hidden behind the small wall visible on the right side of the façade and should remain discreetly integrated into the design. A mailbox should also be included at the front of the property along the street. Finally, the far left side of the property must remain a clear passage allowing a car to drive through to access the back of the house. This circulation space must remain open and functional. Website needs updating

I'm planning a 3-day birthday weekend for twins in their twenties and need a fully tailored, self-running murder mystery across 2 evenings, each building on the last. The Setting: A large old house with an Italian palazzo feel – big kept garden, mysterious rooms, hidden corners. The story must be rooted in this specific location. Clues and tasks should be spread across the house and garden to get players moving and exploring. (I can share a video of the property.) Players: ~23 participants in their twenties, of which 3–5 optional extra characters in case some guests can't make it. Tone: fun, dramatic, a little dark – not childish. Key Requirement – Fully Self-Running: No game master. No host. The game runs itself through the players' own actions.
