Making sticker sheets

I need a designer who can edit my sticker sheet designs. I’ve created visually what I want but now need you to create a cut line around each shape so I can have them printed and cut into stickers. I’m guessing I’ll need a bleed line around each image as they are quite intricate and detailed ( but I’d like your advice on this). I’d also need the shadow removed so the stickers don’t look odd when peeled off the backing. There’s 11 sheets in total, so I’d be looking for a price per sheet of possible.
