Our brand combines gothic romance, individuality and functional riding apparel, creating something different for riders who don't identify with traditional equestrian fashion. Our philosophy: BORN TO RIDE DIFFERENT. I'm the founder and CEO, and I'm looking for an exceptional, proactive Virtual Assistant who can become my trusted right hand as we build and grow the business. THIS IS NOT A ONE-OFF ADMIN PROJECT. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT - Minimum one daily update on each of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, including weekends. - Plan, prepare, repurpose and schedule content in advance wherever possible. - Create engaging captions, branded Canva graphics and simple short-form video edits. - Maintain a content calendar and help grow an engaged pre-launch community. - Monitor basic engagement and report on performance. - Work with founder-supplied photographs, videos, ideas and brand direction. 2. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANCE & BUSINESS ORGANISATION - Manage business diary, meetings, appointments and reminders. - Maintain a central tracker of deadlines, priorities and outstanding tasks. - Organise business emails, correspondence and documents. - Follow up with designers, consultants, suppliers and other business contacts. - Help coordinate ongoing projects and launch preparations. - Provide a concise weekly progress report. 3. Experience with fashion, e-commerce, startups or equestrian brands would be advantageous. WORKING ARRANGEMENT This is a remote, part-time freelance opportunity with the potential to expand as GOTHYARD grows. We are currently self-funded and pre-revenue, so I'm looking for someone who can propose a realistic, affordable starting arrangement while delivering consistent, high-quality work. The role will begin with a clearly defined paid trial, with the intention of progressing into ongoing support if we're a good fit. HOW TO APPLY Please include: 1. Your relevant executive VA, business administration and social media experience. 2. Examples of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook content or accounts you've managed. 3. How you would organise daily posting alongside business administration and research. 4. An example of how you've proactively improved a client's business or workload. 5. Your current availability and realistic weekly capacity. 6. Your hourly rate or proposed monthly package, including the hours and deliverables covered. 7. Why GOTHYARD interests you. Please don't send a generic copy-and-paste proposal. I'm looking for someone who understands the role and can explain how they would genuinely contribute to the business. I value initiative, accountability, creativity and clear communication. If you're looking for an opportunity to become part of an ambitious emerging brand and grow alongside it, I'd love to hear from you. 8 days ago29 proposalsRemoteVideo editor needed for reels
Video Editor — Editing Style & Ongoing Content Brief I’m looking for a video editor to work with on an ongoing basis, primarily creating short-form content for social media. I’ve included the Instagram page below as a reference for the editing style I’m looking for: What I particularly like about their content is the overall editing style, pacing, transitions, visual effects, colour grading, text animation, sound design, and polished feel. I’m looking for someone who can replicate that overall style as closely as possible rather than simply creating a generic “Reels/TikTok” edit. The main adaptation The one major difference is that I want to incorporate a talking-head video in the corner of the screen throughout the content. The primary footage/content would remain the focus, with my talking head appearing as a secondary element — positioned and styled in a way that feels natural within the reference editing style. I’d want the talking-head element to be integrated into the edit rather than simply looking like a webcam overlay. Things such as framing, masking, borders, shadows, movement, positioning and transitions should all feel intentional and consistent with the overall visual style. What I’m looking for Ideally, you would be comfortable with: * Fast-paced, engaging short-form editing * Replicating the reference page’s overall editing language * Dynamic cuts and transitions * Motion graphics and animated text * Clean typography and on-screen captions * Strong sound design and music selection * Professional colour grading * Subtle visual effects where appropriate * Zooms, punch-ins and movement to maintain attention * Integrating a talking-head element into the composition * Creating edits that feel polished and premium rather than templated Content volume I’m looking to publish approximately 3–4 videos per week, so I’m interested in building an ongoing working relationship with the right editor rather than hiring for a one-off project. Consistency is important to me, so once we establish the visual style, I’d want that style carried across every video. What I’d like to know from you Before moving forward, I’d like to know: 1. Is this style something you’re capable of replicating? 2. How closely can you match the editing, pacing, colour grading, transitions, text animation and overall visual style of the reference? 3. Are you comfortable incorporating a talking head in the corner while maintaining the same polished aesthetic? 4. Can you provide examples of similar work you’ve done? 5. What would your pricing look like for 3–4 videos per week? 6. What would your typical turnaround time be? 7. Would you be comfortable doing an initial test edit so I can see how closely you can match the reference? The most important thing for me is quality and consistency. I’m not necessarily looking for the cheapest editor — I’m looking for someone who can genuinely achieve the visual standard I’m after and become a reliable long-term editing partner.

Linnworks/Shopify Specialist-Catalogue Completion & Integration
We are Cybist, a UK supplier of refurbished computers, workstations and audio visual equipment. Historically, we have sold primarily through Amazon and are now completing our Shopify catalogue. Our recent Amazon export contained approximately 1,080 active seller SKUs. Substantial product information already exists in Linnworks, but its completeness and consistency vary. An earlier assessment identified approximately 450 SKUs requiring attention for Shopify. Following substantial work, the latest provisional reconciliation identifies 167 active Amazon SKUs without an exact published Shopify match. This includes drafts, archived products and possible alternative SKU mappings—not necessarily 167 new product pages. Some transferred listings also have incomplete or unsuitable image galleries. We require a highly experienced freelancer or agency to take ownership of the remaining work and carry it through to verified completion. Project scope Establish Linnworks as the authoritative source for product descriptions, specifications, condition/grade information and approved image galleries. Reconcile active Amazon offers, Linnworks records and Shopify variants, identifying genuine omissions, duplicates and mapping discrepancies. Complete or correct the relevant Shopify listings, preserving existing valid content, images and URLs wherever possible. Check condition accuracy carefully: refurbished/renewed products must not be incorrectly presented as new. Review images for completeness, professionalism and correct model identification. Verify SKU/channel mappings, stock-source settings, inventory tracking and overselling controls, including relevant Amazon FBA stock. Demonstrate that genuine Linnworks stock updates reach the correct Shopify variants and that customer-facing availability is accurate. Delivery and acceptance We propose four agreed stages: Audit: confirmed scope, discrepancy list and prioritised completion plan. Master data: corrected and completed Linnworks content and galleries. Shopify completion: missing listings/variants added and existing issues corrected. Verification and handover: documented stock-sync checks, live storefront checks and a clear maintenance procedure. Please distinguish verified results from assumptions and report any unresolved exceptions. Changes must be controlled and recoverable, with no wholesale deletion or rebuilding without approval. Please include in your proposal Relevant Linnworks, Shopify and Amazon project examples. Your proposed method, required access and approach to protecting existing listings. Timescales, milestones and who will perform the work. Your price, including any discovery stage, assumptions and exclusions. Your post-completion support arrangements. We are seeking practical catalogue and integration expertise—not simply Shopify design work.

We’re a premium outdoor gear brand looking for an editor for a 14-Reel pilot, with the potential for ongoing batch work. The footage is already shot. It shows our shovel breaking everyday objects, or a person testing the shovel’s strength. The Reels should have viral format with organic feel. Each finished vertical Reel should be about 30-40 seconds. Length can vary depending of the shots provided for specific Reel. The 14 Reel pilot includes: • 6 close-up, object-only destruction Reels • 3 Reels with a person destroying an object • 5 Reels with a person trying to destroy the shovel You will choose and arrange the best shots, edit the Reels, and handle audio cleanup and sound design. We want to try different editing approaches in this first batch, so you are allowed to make multiple version of the same Reel. This is a test 14-Reel pilot. After the test we want to identify one or two formats for future videos. Pilot price: $10 per finished Reel, $140 for all 14-Reel pilot. To apply: - Provide five published video examples that you personally edited, each for a different brand. Links to the live posts are a plus. - Tell us your availability and your turnaround time for this 14-Reel pilot and future batches of 20–30 Reels. We need somebody who can process these quantities, so we can establish pipeline of shooting-editing-posting as an ongoing proces. We will shortlist candidates based on their existing work. After an NDA, shortlisted candidates will receive the same footage for a three-Reel paid editing test $5. We will select one editor to finish the remaining 11 Reels. For the selected editor, the three test Reels count toward the 14-Reel pilot, and the test payment counts toward the $140 pilot total. Future work: Once we settle on repeatable formats, our target is $5 per Reel for ongoing batches. AI-assisted tools are welcome if the finished videos meet the brief.

IOS developer: app from detailed spec and existing Swift source
Skippers Online is a UK online sailing school. Our lessons app, "Skippers Lessons", is finished and working on Android and Windows. We now need an experienced iOS developer to bring the iPhone/iPad version to the App Store. The code is already written. The Swift source for the iOS app has been written with Claude (Anthropic's AI) from a detailed technical handover, but it has not yet been compiled or run, because it was written without a Mac. Your job is to turn it into a working, published app. What the app does: - Students sign in with their Skippers Online account (or continue as a guest) - They download narrated HTML5 lessons (roughly 100-200 MB each) and play them offline - Access to each course is controlled by the server; lessons can be deleted to free space - Password reset happens inside the app What you'll receive: - The Swift source files (WKWebView, background URLSession downloads, Keychain, ZIPFoundation), iOS 17+, universal iPhone and iPad - The shared lesson-list screen (one HTML page, used unchanged by all our apps) - A 25-page handover document covering the design, the server calls and a full test checklist - The working Android app and source code for reference - The server side is complete and live: you won't need to change it Your job: - Set up the Xcode project from the supplied code and get it building - Fix whatever doesn't compile or doesn't behave correctly on a real iPhone and iPad - Test against the checklist (sign-in, guests, downloads in the background, offline playback, audio with the silent switch on, and so on) - Set up TestFlight, then take the app through App Store review to release, under our own Apple Developer account (you'll be added as a team member) Requirements: - Proven apps in the App Store; please include links - Experience with WKWebView, background downloads and App Store submission - Willing to work with existing code rather than rewrite it - UK-based or able to work UK hours is a plus How we'll maintain it: we intend to keep maintaining the app with Claude after handover, including Apple's yearly rebuild. So please keep it simple to pick up: plain Swift with as few third-party libraries as possible, clear comments, a README covering setup, build and release, and a build that runs from the command line (xcodebuild) as well as in Xcode. You're welcome to use AI tools such as Claude Code yourself. At the end we must receive the full Xcode project and source code; we own all rights to the work. In your proposal, please give: 1. A fixed price for getting the supplied code working and released, with your estimated timescale 2. A price for the yearly update Apple requires (rebuilding with the current Xcode and resubmitting), as a fallback 3. Links to two or three apps you've built Shortlisted applicants will receive the code and the full handover pack.
16 days ago94 proposalsRemoteCreate a short two-character clay-style animated explainer video
### Description **Experience Level:** Intermediate I'm looking for an animator to create a short conversational film for a new software product. The film is built around two recurring characters having a conversation. I already have the complete script and visual references for both characters. **The visual style is important.** The characters have a simple, sculpted clay appearance. They are slightly abstract human figures with a tactile, moulded quality. Think simple clay character animation or stop-motion-inspired 3D rather than conventional flat cartoon characters. They do not need to match my reference images exactly, but I do want the finished characters to feel dimensional, tactile and recognisably part of the same visual world as the references. **I am not looking for a standard 2D explainer-video style, flat vector characters, paper/cut-out animation, whiteboard animation or stock/template cartoon characters.** The animation itself can be relatively simple. Most of the film is a conversation between the same two characters, so I am looking for someone who can make that interaction feel natural and engaging through: * consistent character design throughout * posture, gesture and simple facial or body expression * good dialogue timing so it is always clear who is speaking * natural reactions between the two characters * a small amount of supporting visual movement or scene changes where useful * a clean, polished overall finish The finished film will be approximately 2-3 minutes long. I am open to different production methods, including AI-assisted workflows, 3D, 2.5D or other efficient approaches. **What matters to me is the finished visual result rather than the technology used to create it.** If you use AI, the two characters still need to remain visually consistent throughout the film. I can provide: * the complete script * visual references for both characters * product visuals * voice tracks if useful for production **Before applying, please look carefully at the character reference images.** Please send me one or two examples of work you have personally created that is genuinely relevant to this style, ideally involving dimensional or clay-like characters and character dialogue. Please do not send a general animation showreel if it is mainly flat 2D explainer animation. I would rather see one relevant example. I am working within a modest budget, so please also explain briefly how you would approach producing this efficiently. ### Deliverable Finished 1080p video suitable for use on a website and social media, including one reasonable round of revisions.
