Seamstress for Children's Designs

We need two dresses sewn from fabric and trims we'll provide, following clear written instructions for each. This is straightforward construction work, no design work or fabric sourcing required, pattern will need to be drafted to the measurements we provide. Both pieces are for a one off community fashion show, worn once each. They don't need couture level finishing, clean, well made garments that hold their shape are exactly what we need. One dress is a graduated blue to purple evening gown with a fitted waist. The other is a simple, elegant black column dress Beyond the fee, you'll be credited by name in the published hardback book and online archive, your garments will be professionally photographed on the runway, you're welcome to attend the show itself, and the pieces will go on to feature in future exhibitions, all genuine, lasting portfolio material. Zendesk Help Centre & AI Agent Setup

VenoScorp is a UK-based gaming computer manufacturer and retailer (veno-scorp.co.uk), an Asus partner, selling direct to customers across the UK. We use Zendesk for customer support and want to turn years of ticket history into a proper self-serve help centre, then layer an AI agent on top to cut down repetitive tickets for both customers and staff. The problem We have thousands of historic Zendesk tickets and no real knowledge base. Every recurring question (order status, warranty, RMA/returns, build specs, shipping, troubleshooting) currently gets answered from scratch by an agent instead of being deflected by self-serve content or a bot. We want that fixed. Scope of work Phase 1 — Ticket audit & Help Centre build Review our Zendesk ticket history (thousands of tickets) and identify the most common customer and internal questions, complaints, and issues. Group these into clear categories (e.g. orders & shipping, warranty & RMA, technical support/troubleshooting, product & build specs, payments & returns, account issues). Write and structure a proper Zendesk Guide help centre from scratch: sections, categories, and articles in clear, UK-English, customer-friendly language. Cover both customer-facing content and, if useful, an internal-only section for staff (macros/process docs, common resolutions). Recommend whether any content should also live outside Zendesk (e.g. an FAQ page on veno-scorp.co.uk) and set that up if agreed. Phase 2 — Zendesk AI Agent Configure a Zendesk AI Agent (using Zendesk's native AI Agents / Answer Bot tools, or an approved alternative) that: Answers common customer questions automatically using the new help centre content. Helps internal staff quickly find answers/processes for handling tickets. Escalates/hands off to a human agent when it can't resolve something. Set up the triggers, intents, and article linking needed to make this actually deflect tickets, not just sit unused. Provide brief training/handover so our team can maintain and update it going forward. Deliverables A live, organised Zendesk Help Centre covering the top recurring ticket categories. A configured, working Zendesk AI Agent connected to that content. A short written summary of the ticket themes found and what was prioritised. Basic handover notes/documentation so we can update content ourselves after handover. Requirements Proven experience with Zendesk admin, Zendesk Guide (help centre), and Zendesk AI Agents/Answer Bot — please share examples or a portfolio. Strong written English; comfortable turning messy support tickets into clear help articles. Able to work independently, review large volumes of tickets efficiently, and prioritise the highest-impact content first rather than trying to cover everything. Bonus: experience in e-commerce, electronics/PC hardware, or gaming retail support. Help designing window layout to the front elevation of a house

I have a project which I propose to start next April. This will be our 5th project, so we are well versed with the process and completing similar projects. I am a qualified Building Surveyor and a Property Developer by profession: • We have planning permission for the works. • We designed the works and have had an architectural technician draw up the detail. • We have structural engineers designs and calculations. • We have construction drawings prepared. • We have Party Walls covered. • We have building Regs covered. • We have obtained quotes and have selected a builder. What we are not quite happy with is the front elevation which is probably the most important piece for us. How the house will look from the front is crucial. We have tried to finesse the elevation with our current “architectural technician” but he’s not a designer but is good at pulling the drawings together. We sent him AI generated images of what we wanted plus some photos of a property locally which we like. We like the painted brickwork, the colour of the pain etc. See pics and images below. I appreciate there are issues with where the openings sit in each room, but we are prepared to accept this to get the front looking its best. The roof on the drawings attached is not quite right too. I have already a domain name and a log in for Webador. Our current CAD designer will be changing career soon so we are looking for someone reliable who can step in and produce CAD designs to the standard shown in the attached images. You must have specific experience designing jewellery for manufacture, not simply general 3D modelling experience. One piece swimsuit design

I need some help perfecting a one piece swimsuit I am trying to design. See photos of the swimsuit on a model from our latest photo shoot. The fabric is lurex fabric. We can't seem to get the fit quite right and as I am not a fashion designer, I don't know how to tell my factory how to fix it. I don't know if the swimsuit is too high leg and whether this needs to be brought down a bit. The triangles part of the swimsuit is also sitting too high on her. At the back the fabric is bunching up at the crotch. I would really like some help fixing this. I don't know if the best way would be to do a CAD to send to my factory or I'm open to nay other suggestions for how to tell them to fix it. I'm also open to changing the shape slightly if you have another ideas that might be more popular.
