We're looking for a creative who can transform existing floor plans into realistic, high-quality marketing visuals for luxury residential properties. Your work will feature across our YouTube channels, including The Luxury Home Show, The New Build Show and The Interior Design Show, where we produce premium property tours viewed by millions of people worldwide. For each project, we'll provide: Existing floor plans. Video walkthroughs of the property. Interior reference images where required. Using these materials, you'll recreate the property as a realistic top-down 3D floor plan, accurately matching the layout, furniture, flooring, finishes and overall styling before producing a polished final render ready for use in our videos.
