Setting up a CIC (Community Interest Company) and will need a website (front-end) with a back-end CRM. I have put together a brief of how we envision it to look, feel and function. Of course, neither of us are web designers so open to hearing thoughts and modifications. I am also attaching our proposed logo and home page of the website (designed by AI following clear instructions by us as to the look and feel). Need a quote complete with payment terms, etc - brief attached.

- Could you clarify how you would like the “Ask the CIC a Question” process to work from submission through to resolution?

- For the referral system, what information should be collected from users and what should partners be able to access or update?

- How would you like the free tools and guides to function, particularly the cost-of-living calculator, region comparison tool, school finder, and downloadable resources?

- For donations and reporting, could you clarify which payment provider and impact metrics you would like to use?

Hi Angelo,

Before finalising the scope and fixed quotation:

1. Would you prefer us to recommend the CRM platform, or do you already have a preference between HubSpot, Zoho, Monday.com or Salesforce?

2. For the cost-of-living calculator, region comparison and school finder, do you already have the required data/calculation logic?

3. Approximately how many internal advisors/admin users will need CRM access initially?

4. Should the optional Partner Portal be included in the initial build or treated as a later phase?

5. Do you already have a webinar platform in mind, such as Zoom or Teams?

Is the listed price just a placeholder or within what you hope this build would fall within? I am highly doubtful you will be able to get the results you expect for such a build around that pricing. If there is genuine flexibility, I would be highly interested.
