Facebook 'Groups' & Nextdoor Help

Hi, Im a plumber and I get a large proportion of my work from Facebook Group Posts and Nextdoor Posts. Not only is it time consuming, often im busy and im late replying for the recommendations. Facebook & Nextdoor do suggest posts but often they are suggesting older posts where maybe the job has been completed. I want to be up there with replying & wondered if there is any automation that could be put in place if any posts with keywords such as Plumber Required or Bathroom Fitter Needed for instance. If not, another idea I had was to maybe have an email rule with the same keywords that forward notifications to a separate email inbox where I can monitor and quickly manually reply - not as ideal but better than having a notification for every single post that isn't relevant. Hope this makes sense! Previously, I did advertise this job but Nextdoor told me to request a refund as my login credentials were requested. Jack.

Software Idea Bringing to Life in a commercial platform

I have a software idea that works on my clients plarform but I want to be able to bring it to life and commercialise it to sell it to other clients. I want to be able to create a document and a trackable link in a platform such as doc send (or proprietary but imagine that would be alot of work?) Then go to an email platform and be able to send the same link within an email but with unique tracking to each email address. My client uses post mark to do the email send and we could use the same for the actual sending with the follow up emails coming through to outlook / gmail etc I can show how this works currently on my clients platform but I want to build something stand alone that I can sell to my clients to do this so that I have my own SAAS solution. I need someone experienced to tell me how best to do this, how to build it and how to commercialise the front end to sell it? No current idea on costs but I don't have a huge budget.

GA4, GTM & Google Ads Validation & Implementation

I need someone for the following: - Validate/Implement Google Analytics 4 on four sites. - I think the will be implementation on just ONE site, but you would need to confirm this after taking a look at all four. - Depending on what I believe you will find, the ONE site that needs the implementation should have the same implementation as the other four, but we would need to discuss this post audit of the four sites. - Validate/Implement GTM on four sites. - We seem to have multiple GTMs created (not necessarily implemented) on one of sites (just one on the other three). For this one site, I would want either all bar one of the GTMs stripped out (and deleted) and the one remaining one set up fully and properly, or all old ones stripped out (and deleted), and a new one implemented. - Validate/Implement Google Ads Tracking on two sites. You must have good experience of Shopify (Plus), or explain why it is not necessary. The reason being you will be given the necessary permissions to make the necessary code changes on our sites, and I need to be sure you have done this before on a Shopify site. Actioning all and any of the above actions would be subject to your advice. I am happy to be told I have things wrong. From buffer social media batches of uploads with scheduling and copy to update.
