Hi, my name is Xuan Kai and I am working as a full time physiotherapist from Singapore. I am starting out a youtube channel right now that is centered around side hustles, personal finance, investing and personal development and I currently have 52 subscribers. I am interested in hiring a video editor for my youtube videos and your job will be to edit 1-3 long form videos per week (ranging from 5 - 10 minutes on average per video with about 15 - 30 minutes of footage to look through). I am looking for someone who can edit and make my videos more engaging and interesting with B-Roll, motion graphics, colour grading, transitions, green screen and even subtitles. I will ensure that I can give you as much creative freedom as possible but I would like the videos to be of a similar style to Ali abdaal, Alex hormozi and Iman Gadzhi. The salary will probably be per video, depending on your experience level and quality of work that you can produce anywhere from $100 - $150 but that can be discussed further once we have finalized working together. It would be nice if you used final cut pro as well because that is the video editor that I use and I can add in final edits should I choose to. If you are proficient in other adobe software or photoshop, that would be a welcomed added bonus as well as I might need help in other areas as well. Position Summary As a Podcast Actor and Video Editor at Lifer Realty, you will be responsible for creating engaging podcasts and editing the final videos for our real estate company. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and proficiency in video editing software. Responsibilities Collaborate with the marketing team to develop podcast concepts and scripts that align with the company's brand and objectives. Perform as the host and main voice talent for the podcasts, ensuring a captivating and professional delivery. Conduct interviews with industry experts, clients, and other relevant individuals to gather valuable insights and information for the podcasts. Edit and enhance audio recordings to ensure high-quality sound and seamless transitions. Incorporate background music, sound effects, and other audio elements to enhance the overall listening experience.
