HTML Email Designer/Developer - Pharma Campaign

Design and build one responsive, coded HTML email. Existing brand assets (logos, imagery and visual style) from a related banner ad campaign for the same product will be provided. Help designing window layout to the front elevation of a house

I have a project which I propose to start next April. This will be our 5th project, so we are well versed with the process and completing similar projects. I am a qualified Building Surveyor and a Property Developer by profession: • We have planning permission for the works. • We designed the works and have had an architectural technician draw up the detail. • We have structural engineers designs and calculations. • We have construction drawings prepared. • We have Party Walls covered. • We have building Regs covered. • We have obtained quotes and have selected a builder. What we are not quite happy with is the front elevation which is probably the most important piece for us. How the house will look from the front is crucial. We have tried to finesse the elevation with our current “architectural technician” but he’s not a designer but is good at pulling the drawings together. We sent him AI generated images of what we wanted plus some photos of a property locally which we like. We like the painted brickwork, the colour of the pain etc. See pics and images below. I appreciate there are issues with where the openings sit in each room, but we are prepared to accept this to get the front looking its best. The roof on the drawings attached is not quite right too. Do you think you can help us get the location, sizes of the windows designed so it looks right? Let me know and if you can provide a quote for your input then I can obtain the CAD drawings. Jewellery CAD Designer Wanted – Ongoing Work We are an established custom jewellery business based in Dublin, Ireland, looking for an experienced Jewellery CAD Designer to work with us on an ongoing basis. Our current CAD designer will be changing career soon so we are looking for someone reliable who can step in and produce CAD designs to the standard shown in the attached images. You must have specific experience designing jewellery for manufacture, not simply general 3D modelling experience. Our work includes: * Engagement and wedding rings * Diamond and gemstone rings * Remodelling customers’ existing jewellery * Pendants, name pieces and personalised jewellery * Men’s rings and signet rings * Bespoke one-off pieces We will normally provide photographs, sketches, stone measurements and a description of what we need. Squarespace UX Designer – existing website improvements, user journey + SEO Budget: up to £300 I’m looking for an experienced Squarespace designer with a strong understanding of UX and SEO to help improve my existing website: www.betterendings.co.uk This is not a website rebuild or rebrand. I want to improve what is already there. Better Endings works in the areas of end of life, dying, grief and dementia, with services for individuals and families as well as workplaces and organisations. I’m looking for someone who can bring a fresh, expert eye to the site and help me identify and make a relatively small number of changes that will have the biggest impact. In particular, I’d like help with: the homepage and whether visitors quickly understand what Better Endings does the user journey for our different audiences navigation and calls to action visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, imagery and consistency mobile experience SEO , particularly page structure, headings, content hierarchy, internal linking, metadata and search intent I am not looking for a standalone SEO audit. I want SEO awareness built into the UX and design decisions we make. How I'd like to work I’d prefer this to be collaborative rather than simply handing the site over.
