Animated & Hand-Drawn Document Design

Looking for an illustrator/graphic designer to create custom, hand-drawn digital artwork and styled document layouts for two key documents: our Statement of Purpose (SOP) and our Young Person’s Guide.
Visual Style & Tone
* Style: Clean, hand-drawn cartoon/animated illustration.
* Tone: Warm, approachable, and friendly—moving away from stock photos or rigid corporate layouts while remaining clear and professional.
Scope of Work
* Statement of Purpose (SOP): Clean layout with a custom cover illustration and subtle spot artwork for key regulatory sections (care approach, management structure, safeguarding).
* Young Person’s Guide: A dynamic, comic/animated-style guide for young people. Highly visual with spot illustrations, custom icons, and callout boxes to break down house info, rights, and daily routines without heavy text.
Key Deliverables
* 2 x Custom Cover Designs (1 for each document)
* 10–12 Reusable Hand-Drawn Spot Illustrations & Icons
* Clean, Editable Document Templates need it on a word documant
