Main responsibilities: Take ownership of all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest Manage social media strategy and plan accordingly to key trends, brand's collection drops, monthly KPIs etc Create content and liaise with Influencers and models on a regular basis Work closely with the Founder to create content with the purpose to inspire Manage customer service queries, including offering styling advice. That’s right we go the extra mile for our customers! Provide content planning decks on a bi-weekly basis and execute them accordingly Analyse social media data and report back to the team on a bi-weekly basis Work, grow and build our brand ambassador programme with inspirational but real leaders Requirement: At least 1 year of social media and digital marketing within the fashion or beauty industry experience Knowledge on Canva, Photoshop and Lightroom Experience in Google Analytics Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment Knowledge on key industry leaders, competitors and trendsetters Excellent communication, proofreading and creative skills Available at least 2 days a week, mostly remote however may need to travel around London for monthly content creation shoots.
