Build software to transcribe and summarise meetings using AI
SUMMARY UK based financial planning company, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, requires a tool to analyse live/recorded client meetings using AI. Desired output is a detailed record of the meeting using a structured format, plus an intelligent summary with action points highlighted. System must integrate with Zoho CRM, linking to the client account records and pushing the completed meeting notes to that record. System must be able to store video content permanently in a cloud-based environment, and for that content to be searchable. CURRENT POSITION AND ISSUES All client meetings are recorded, whether on Microsoft Teams or in-person. Approximately 70% are on Teams. Recordings are stored on Microsoft OneDrive or Sharepoint and viewable via Microsoft Stream. Meeting notes and actions are typed up manually via Zoho Forms, saved to our document management system (Virtual Cabinet) and Zoho CRM. Issues are: • Writing up meetings manually is time consuming and not always as detailed or accurate as we would like. • It’s valuable to have extracts of client’s own words on certain topics which is difficult to achieve unless referring to a transcript. • Meeting recordings are not organised by client or easily searchable, they are just stored. SOLUTIONS CONSIDERED There are a range of tools offering this service, including Azoma, MeetGeek, Fireflies and Otter. Having researched the market, none offer everything we need. In particular, none offer permanent storage of the recordings. CURRENT IT STACK These are the systems we use that may be relevant to this project: • Zoho CRM • Other Zoho modules including Zoho Workdrive although this is not substantially used at the moment. • Virtual Cabinet document management system • Microsoft 365 including Sharepoint for non-client related document storage TIMEFRAME We would like to build a solution within the next 3 months. Build website for a charitable trust with booking functionality
Hello, I am looking for a website developer to recreate a website and add a booking functionality to it. I have a lot of details that I can share with you but for now I am just trying to identify a developer with good website and booking functionality skills as well as a very good level of English language. The website is no longer online however I have got screenshots of exactly how it looked the last time it was online. The developer that originally made this site had it Hosted on his own test platform rather than on my hosting environment (on the Siteground platform). This version of the website was built using the "Travel Tour version 4.1.7" WordPress theme. I am not sure if this particular theme (or it's latest version, 5?) is a good fit for what I want to achieve. This theme seems more suited to affiliate marketing websites? I have read that the divi theme is particularly popular among developers so I'm open to changing the WordPress theme - however if this is unnecessary then I was generally happy with the look and feel of the website it was just the functionality of the booking system that was missing and the slight lack of understanding of the English language throughout the site and particularly the lack of response to the feedback notes that I gave The previous developer. I can share the requirements and the feedback that I gave to the old developer with you if this is a job you are interested in? I can provide the previous developer with all the text and images that I wanted on each of the pages , he managed to do this and added a few stock photographs, however he did repeat a lot of the text on a few pages where it wasn't meant to be despite how many times I informed him of this in my feedback . (A good understanding of English is required to avoid making these sort of simple mistakes ). The overall design of the retreat has since been rebuilt so I have new images that would need to be used which I can obviously share with you. I can give you access to all the text , images, video and social media accounts that were set up but it is probably better if I just send you the details of how I would like the booking page to operate because this seems to have been the main sticking point with the previous developer. So if you think you can achieve this and actually understand it then I will share the rest of the details with you. If you ask me as many questions as you can about the booking functionality that would be useful to prevent any misunderstanding and will save us both some time. I have attached a Word document explaining the bookings page as much as possible and I have some images of how it actually looked but it didn't function so this will help you make a better decision. At the moment all reservations should be put on a waiting list that begins in February 2025 this date is very optimistic as the site is not available yet therefore no payments should be taken however once the site is ready I would like the ability to ensure that payments are made. But obviously I would have to make the bookings live with the approval of the customers. To assist with understanding the scope of each of these pages, there are example URLs from other websites. Please ask for the list. The existing template bundle will be provided as a set of front-end files (HTML/JS/CSS plus images) – there are no master PSDs, Figmas or other design files. Your task will be to design the additional pages and build out the new flat HTML templates using clean, well-written, well-tested markup. The design of the new templates will be expected to adopt a similar visual style so that they remain in keeping with the broader website design. High level requirements are : 1) Group Tutoring - Parents can book the tutoring sessions which are uploaded by admin. 2) When tutoring session starts they have video/ whiteboard/ breakout room ( could use zoom or other virtual classroom facility). to make sure operational costs remain low. 3) After each tutoring session each student to receive sumarized notes, quizzes and flashcards of that session. 4) The Flashcards that are received by the student are gamified e.g swipe left/ right/ double click 5) Depending on how the students are doing on those flashcards/ topic the results are shown to to the tutor / and the student themselves. 6) An AI virtual tutor to be embedded that is available 24/7 for the student where they can ask/ message/ type to them for any help on any topic e.g like photomath. Ideally this AI can also create flashcards of any content ( there are existing companies who do this). This virtual tutor is also interactive like duolingo and sends reminders/ interacts with the students mobile screen. 7) Student/Parent/tutor gets access to their own portal for seamless communication from admin in the form of texts/emails etc. 8) The AI tutor will be called " Elli " and can be customizable by the student e.g a ninja/ hair colour etc. Im open to ideas though on this Please note: i do not want to overcomplicate this project as its a simple group tutoring system where parents can check out, kids receive summarized notes/ flashcards and has AI functionality. Yes there is a bit more than this but not a lot so ONLY if you understand Edtech and existing systems working through flashcards then apply . Otherwise you will think this is a very complex project. Aeshtetically the site has to look flawless and the user journeys spot on. I have already been accepted at 2 incubators and had fantastic early calls with investors - but i do not want to spend before pre revenue ( so be realistic).
