Project Freelancer Webinar Logistics & LinkedIn Promotion Type: Freelance/contractor Hours: Approx 4-5 hours per week Location: UK remote About the role We are a bespoke training company running online training and leadership development webinars. We need an experienced freelancer to manage the logistics behind the scenes for series of upcoming Zoom webinars and associated LinkedIn promotions. This is role for someone who is experienced with Zoom and how to use LinkedIn for registration. • The webinars will be live, forming an initial series of 10, held on Thursdays UK at 11.00 for 1 hour maximum. Each will be 30 minutes presentation and 30 minutes Q&A. Freelancer time-zone needs to be closely compatible with UK hours. • The first webinar will ideally be Thurs 10 Sept, tbc, with a LinkedIn promotion and sign-up being made available in advance. • All webinars will need to start exactly on time, with technical checks 15 minutes beforehand and 15 minutes afterwards. It will also be important to be available for our questions up to one hour before the webinar time. • To begin, the focus will be on developing the initial promotion and registration confirmation, along with the associated LinkedIn promotion and registration. This stage will also include one practice run and contingency planning. • Subsequent weeks will consist of a 20 minute dry-run to test links, then hosting of the webinar itself, with management of any technical issues. There will be small amount of followup including a short post-event recap template (registrations, actual attendees, engagement metrics, issues encountered) and capture of the recording in editable format. They will also include promotions for the next week. We will develop all webinar content. • Each webinar also needs to be recorded, ready for posting on YouTube the following day. Experience with video editing (we use Camtasia) would be an advantage. Payment for ad hoc tasks such as video editing would be additional time and would be charged separately. • All data must be GDPR compliant. Webinar logistics (Zoom) • Set up webinars in Zoom Webinar/Meetings, including registration links and reminders • Act as host or co-host on the day, managing entry, Q&A, and any technical hiccups • Handle post-webinar follow-up: forwarding recordings, compiling attendee lists, sending thank-you/follow-up messages LinkedIn promotion • Platform access will be provided through our account. • Manage posting cadence across LinkedIn (event announcements, reminders). • Flag engagement or issues that need our attention Note: you won't need to write original post copy — we'll supply the content for you to schedule and post. What we're looking for • Proven experience running webinars end-to-end in Zoom • Experience managing LinkedIn posting/registrations for a business or client • Reliable, low-supervision, comfortable working independently once briefed • Good communication and attention to detail around dates/deadlines • Start date as soon as possible.

Fashion Product ASMR Creator — Silent, Hands-Only Video

I’m looking for a UK-based content creator/videographer to create a high-quality silent ASMR video for a clothing product. This is not talking UGC and there will be no face-to-camera content. The focus should be entirely on the garment: very close-up shots of the hands slowly interacting with the hoodie and highlighting its construction, textures and intricate design lines. What I’m looking for The video should include things such as: Fingers slowly tracing the detailed lines and construction of the hoodie Close-ups of seams, stitching and different panels Hands running over the fabric Pinching, folding and lightly manipulating the material Close-ups showing the weight and texture of the garment Slow movement around the hood, sleeves, ribbing and other details Natural fabric sounds captured clearly The overall feeling should be calm, tactile, satisfying and extremely detailed. Think premium fashion product ASMR rather than traditional influencer content. Visual Style I want the footage to feel intimate and extremely close to the product. An iPhone or high-quality phone setup is completely fine and may actually suit the style better, although professional cameras are also welcome.
