ABOUT THE PROJECT: I'm seeking a skilled Social Media Assistant for a 30-days worth of content created and added to my Social Media scheduler and or when needed to insert in a approval drive folder for review. This will be for Facebook and Instagram (Posts Reels Stories and all others possible content to layer in for both) this will be interactive with more video, and motion, smart graphics and placement, with good original content. Single photos, quotes, lack of engagement will not be something we are looking for. Specifically on sub category of thie project, I'm revamping an Instagram page that needed to be started over. Brownie points if you know how to increase followers with only organic viewers not paid likes4like or other irrelevant tactics. Good content consistency and your talent we can see how we can build more traction. Canva is welcome to use, with the understanding that using canva for true talented creating designs is great. HOWEVER... Template heavy/you see the same online posts due to no designing just copy paste is not acceptable... We want someone who can do more than Canva Templates AI and excel sheet whipping up 50 poor non targeting to our audience designs.... Canva can do pretty good things if you use it like an actual creative designer. This project is designed to prove your skills. We are looking for good candidates. Skill doesn't have to be ninja level. Passion will create skill in the long run. Other software is also fine to use Canva is not a requirement. I have use most all of them so whatever is best for you. IMPORTANT NOTES: Originality is Key: Create diverse and original content. Copyright Compliance: Ensure content is copyright-free. If we get flagged we will need to address this if under 12 months of the post. Quality Matters: Be unique. Take chances. Mistake happen and you learn for the better... Content Variety: Aim for diversity in posts, including video and interactive content. Know each value of a post and their strengths weaknesses for what they are worth (post reel, live feed, story, sharing other posts etc). Scheduling Strategy: We are stocking up and packing our strategic 30-day content plan.
