Meta pixel not working for shopify store

I have a swimwear website using shopify. I have had the pixel set up for many years and run meta ads, it is set up using conversions api and meta pixel. It all has been working completely fine for several years and tracking everything fine however for the past two days the add to cart, initiate checkout and purchase events haven't been firing currently. On ads manager it is not showing any data for any events (see attached screenshot). On the events page (see screenshot attached) you will see there has been no data showing since 21st October and no purchase events since 1 day ago. I also added the Meta pixel helper extension and when I load my website it says no pixel found (see screenshot). I would really like some help in figuring out what the issue is and getting this fixed.
