When I moved servers recently it seemed a lot faster for admin, but when the transfer was complete, the back-end system was perhaps even slower than the shared one. I raised this with the new server guys hoping they could see why and resolve it. They didn't. I need you to see what is causing conflicts and make the admin system run faster. I need the site to perform better as a whole. One thing that has never been great is the speed an escort profile opens. Navigating to a location is pretty fast, but opening profiles isn't that fast. I believe there are a number of scripts associated. A little more info on this, I have always used WProcket to cache all content for 6 hours, and then after 6 hours all profiles and ads rotate, so if people revisit the site at a later date, it looks different. WProcket is now off as the server people advised to use Lite cache and CDN services instead. They state they have set Lite cache to cache and change every 6 hours, but I am not sure that it is working correctly. And the final part of the site's speed is the vitals judged by Google (See screens attached). I have been working on passing all the website vitals for close to a year now. From January to recently all URLs for desktop were good, and mobile had 30+ that needed improvement until the 20th of Feb. Then for a period of 3-4 weeks all URLs were good, with no more issues. Then on the 13th of March, the urls needed improvement and now they have gone to poor again. After the server change recently, I have checked and the mobile ones have gone from poor to need improvement but the desktop remains poor. When they started failing again no development was or had been done on the site which could have caused this, nothing had changed apart from plugin updates. That's what one of my devs said must have caused it. I need these all good again and ideally stay that way. So to sum up the project. - Improve speed of the site for admin, logged-in users and general visitors whilst not changing the functionality of the site -CACHE FOR 6 HOURS NEEDS TO STAY - Make all Google vitals good and to stay that way My current developer suggested the below to fix the issues above. - Remove any unused plugins - Pick 1 form plugin and recreate other forms in it, I noticed you have Contact Form 7 and Caldera both installed - Configure CSS, JS and HTML minify, deferred and combination settings in LiteSpeed cache - Configure Page and Object Caching settings - Optimise media files for faster delivery - Consider upgrading PHP to a newer version - Review scripts in ESLST-PTPL-custom plugin as a lot of the queries from this plugin are slow in execution - Explore caching the WP Admin Dashboard with LiteSpeed cache I imagine I will get several offers for this project. I will most likely take the most reasonable offer with the quickest complete time. I have a staging site for all these configs to be worked on. I have one more small task to complete after this too but I will mention that if this can be completed.

I will strongly advise that you stay at least $100 below the max figure just to be on the safe side so you don't break any rules. This button when Pressed will maintain the constant desired temperature. For example the melting point of Iron is 1800 Degree Celsius. Once the furnace reaches this point and this button should be pressed so that there is not drop or increase in temperature irrespective of external conditions or other conditions. 5) Maximum melting point to be reached is 2100 Degree Celsius. 6) It should be able to reach those temperatures within 10-15 minutes. 7) It should be compact , lightweight and can easily be moved from one place to other(although this is not a major requirement if we have to compromise on it's quality or design to achieve the same but I believe that something like this can be achieved considering the fact that we live in advance age) 8) It should be able to work with the help of capacitor batteries or any other Lithium Ion battery/Solar batteries or the batteries which are used in Trucks or any other external source of battery. 9) It should be able to take in 240V of electricity since in my country its the standard 3-pin socket output provided by the government. 10) It should be able to hold crucible for melting the metals. For reference I have included a few pictures of my idea of the design , you are welcome to share yours and guide me along the way pointing out any flaws or cons of the same , thereby suggesting something economical as well as good performer at the same time. 11) Most importantly incase there is some major voltage fluctuation during its operation , there should be some very strong safety measures built into it to avoid any major accidents. 12) The components used in the project should be economical(since wearing of components will occur over the course of time and hence very costly components need not be installed) easily available(although this is not a compulsory requirement if quality will be compromised) 13) You will have to design the entire circuit board , a board which is not sub-standard in quality but above a certain threshold of quality but at the same time which will be economical to produce. 14) Since it is a furnace its maximum weight holding capacity including the weight of the crucible should be 6Kgs. 15) It should also be able to work with lesser weight such as from 50 Grams. External design/look of the furnace can be worked out later once the design and testing is completed. 16) The Total weight of all the electrical components including PCB should not be more than 10Kgs. 17) A Graphite crucible will be used for holding the metals. 18) The project needs to be completed within 180 Days from the date of you joining the project. As I do with all products I sell on Amazon I register a UK trademark of the brand with the IPO, which allows me to register the brand into Amazon brand registry, which stops anyone else selling on my listing. The manufacture in China has since contacted me and asked me to give the trademarks back and they have sent me a TM26(I) on both trademarks (attached). The trademark no. are: UK00003748685 UK00003755981 I imagine the China company now wants to sell from the listing alone, now I have spent a lot of money on advertising and building up the reviews. The China company have since applied for the logo of the brand trademark (as I only own the word), is there anything I can do about this? About this position The Battery Systems Development team at SmartIQ requires Engineers with experience to lead the technical development of an internal or a customer-focused battery project. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the technical solution of a functional, safe, and compliant system or a sub-system. Responsibilities: • Lead battery systems and sub-systems design, development and delivery to the project timeline. • Decompose system and sub-system requirements to a component level. • Develop and support verification, validation and integration strategy, and testing from prototype phase through to homologation. • Support derivation of the technical/functional safety concept. • System and Design reviews, DFMEA, risk analysis. • Technical drawings and production documentation reviews. • Conduct root cause analysis. • Providing support to assembly and testing teams during product operations. • Providing support to ongoing products and process improvement. • Ensuring product conformity to standards and best practices. • Driving product safety based on an analytical and risk assessed approach. • Leading technically focused meetings. Requirements: • Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace or Systems Engineering. • At least 3 years of experience in automotive systems or industrial experience within a complex multidisciplinary product environment. Experience with HV Battery systems and knowledge of system design with Lithium based battery cells. • Understanding of Systems / Requirement Engineering & Tools. • Experience with PLM systems (3Dx, Teamcenter, Creo) - Knowledge of project life cycle management from early R&D to series production. • Experience in product design, knowledge of production process and best practices. • Experience in safe working practices around HV systems, legislative requirements, and homologation standards. • Experience with MS Office tools. • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is essential.
