Respond to 2 Trademark TM26(I)

I am a seller on Amazon.co.uk.

I have been buying some hair products for the past year from a company in China. As I do with all products I sell on Amazon I register a UK trademark of the brand with the IPO, which allows me to register the brand into Amazon brand registry, which stops anyone else selling on my listing.

The manufacture in China has since contacted me and asked me to give the trademarks back and they have sent me a TM26(I) on both trademarks (attached).

The trademark no. are:
UK00003748685
UK00003755981

I imagine the China company now wants to sell from the listing alone, now I have spent a lot of money on advertising and building up the reviews.

The China company have since applied for the logo of the brand trademark (as I only own the word), is there anything I can do about this?

I am looking for some legal advise and help as to whether I am in a good position to oppose both the TM26(I)'s and stop them taking the trademarks from me. Is this something you can do for me?
