I registered for a a trademark (names of business) mid march in the UK. the same name was registered in the EU by a different firm 1 day before. The UK trademark publishes 2-2.5 months, and the EU trademark publishes after 3 months to my knowledge. I have background emails that I was using the names year before and it was my idea and I own the website domain which i beileve they wish to challenge me for once the EU trademark is published.
