Permitted Development Drawings

I need some very simple drawings done on our house to submit for Permitted Development. Ideally come to house this weekend - 17th or 18th October. The works are - Knocking out a rear wall (facing garden) and putting french doors into the existing structure. - Knocking through a wall to create a door to enter the alley - Raising the patio in garden to be 30cm above ground They are very simple drawings (it could even be a sketch) and should be a quick job.
