Hi Guys,

I'm looking for someone who has that creative spark. Someone who knows how to write engaging TikTok content that genuinely resonates with an audience.

I create educational content for landlords and letting agents, and I've built a following of over 12,700 followers on TikTok.

I also run a business, and balancing both has become increasingly difficult. So I'm looking for someone who can take ownership of writing my TikTok scripts.

Here's what I'm looking for:

Someone who can take the content pillars that have made my videos successful so far, research new topics, and turn them into fresh, imaginative and powerful scripts that my audience will love.

My TikTok style is very simple. I sit in front of a camera and educate my audience. It's educational marketing, so the strength of the content comes from what I say, rather than how the video is filmed.

I'm not looking for someone to advise me on camera angles, editing or filming techniques.

I'm looking for a creative thinker and strong researcher who can identify interesting topics, find compelling angles and turn information into videos that capture attention.

Training will be provided.

I'll teach you about my industry, my audience and what's worked for me so far. However, you must already have a natural aptitude for content writing, be a fast learner and have the creativity to come up with ideas independently.

Ultimately, I'm looking for someone who can take an ordinary topic and turn it into something extraordinary.
