I’m preparing a series of papers that explore how credit will look in 2026, and I now need a stand-alone, publication-ready article that drills into Financial Discipline in 2026 within that broader context. The piece must follow current APA guidelines from title page through references, and it should feel at home in an academic journal: formal voice, third-person where appropriate, objective tone, clear citations. Main emphasis The discussion has to stay tightly focused on debt management as the cornerstone of financial discipline. Every argument, statistic, or projection you include should connect back to how disciplined debt practices influence—or are influenced by—the evolving credit system and credit-scoring methodologies expected in 2026. What I will provide • My existing outline and notes on debt management trends, regulatory changes, and projected consumer behaviors. • A short list of source articles already gathered. You’re free (and encouraged) to expand the research base, as long as all additional references are peer-reviewed or come from credible financial institutions. What I need back • A complete APA-formatted manuscript (Word or Google Docs) that integrates my outline, adds well-sourced analysis, and flows logically from introduction through conclusion. • An APA reference list with DOIs or direct URLs for every citation. • In-text citations double-checked for accuracy and APA compliance. Acceptance criteria The manuscript must: 1. Maintain an unbroken focus on debt management within the larger 2026 credit landscape. 2. Anchor each key point in verifiable research published within the last five years, unless the source is a foundational theory. 3. Observe current APA 7th edition rules for headings, tables/figures (if any), citations, and references. 4. Be free of grammar errors and plagiarism, passing Turnitin or equivalent. If you’re comfortable writing in strict APA style, have a solid grasp of credit-industry terminology, and can weave debt-management insights into the projected 2026 scoring environment, I’d love to see your approach and timeline. I need an article in APA format (my writings and articles are about Credit in 2026, Financial Discipline in 2026, The Credit scoring system in 2026) Credit System in 2026 Financial Discipline in 2026 in relation to the Credit System in 2026 The article needs a short bio about the writer (To learn about the writer you will need to Google them to get an ideal of them and their style of writing etc) and there are several key words the article needs to mention, such as Dr. Credit King Your Credit Defines Your Creditability like the book title, However, I already completed 60% of the article, so please use what current research already done, but Some of the subtitles mention in the article are the following Keep The 202 Landscape. I am looking for an attorney who is an expert in legal matters surrounding film funding, for commercial exhibition and distribution. I am inspired by director Sam Raimi and his team's method of sourcing investors for 'Evil Dead' (1981), by first crafting the legal contract with an attorney before approaching investors. The investors were promised a percentage of the revenue generated. I am yet unclear what the sources of generation of revenue for my project can be (ie. TV, galleries and museums, cinema theatres, video on demand?). What sets my work apart, is that I have already produced and finalised the audio track (soundtrack) of the project in the entirety, and 15 minutes of the actual film is already produced, the length of the work will be in the 40-45 minutes range. I am looking to raise 4400-4500 USD. Here is information that I was able to uncover about the preproduction and funding of 'Evil Dead' (1981), through an AI response generation platform: "before Sam Raimi (along with producer Rob Tapert and star Bruce Campbell) went out to raise money for The Evil Dead (1981), they legally structured the way they would take investments by having an attorney prepare a formal investment document. Here’s what that involved: The Legal Document They Prepared Raimi and his collaborators consulted a Detroit lawyer (Phil Gillis, a friend of Tapert’s family) to get legal advice on raising funds. Based on that advice, they formed a limited partnership — a legal entity — which became Renaissance Pictures. The attorney helped them draft a limited-partnership offering document (often called a limited partnership agreement or legal offering prospectus in that context). This document was the legal contract they would show to potential investors when soliciting funds. What the Document Contained The offering document essentially laid out the key terms of the investment opportunity: Structure of the partnership: It defined the limited partnership — Renaissance Pictures — as the legal vehicle for the project. Investment terms: It explained that the filmmakers were selling shares in the movie; they offered up to fifteen shares at $10,000 each. Escrow conditions: All investment money was to go into an escrow account that could not be accessed by the filmmakers until a minimum number of shares — nine, or $90,000 — had been sold. This was the amount they estimated they needed to begin shooting. Rights, risks, and responsibilities: It spelled out what investors owned, what risks they were taking, and the rights and duties of the partners and the investors. Return projections: Raimi and his team promised investors they could double their investment in two years — though that was essentially a projection/bluff to help attract financing. Investor communications: The plan included sending out bi-weekly newsletters on production progress and giving each investor two tickets to the world premiere. Purpose of the Document The main goal of this legal document was to: Make the offer to investors legally credible — having a formal limited partnership and a written offering made the project look legitimate rather than an informal “friends chasing a dream.” Comply with legal requirements for selling investments — even in a small independent film context, the sale of shares had to be structured to protect both the filmmakers and the investors. Set clear terms for who owned what and what investors could expect — including how and when funds could be used and what rights investors received in return. The finished legal offering document was then presented to friends, family, and local professionals (doctors, lawyers, business owners, etc.) as they attempted to raise the funds needed for production." What I practically need from you as an attorney - in the entertainment industry - is what source of revenue I can promise to my investor, in what way, and how to divide or sell, and promise the work to the investor. Ultimately creating the legal document for presentation to the investor. Thank you, looking forward to hearing from you!

We expect this to be an ongoing, monthly paid role and so the budget is on that basis. The work will include refactoring, adding routes and connecting multiple interfaces to complete the job. You will need to have an understanding of complex data structures to ensure that migration and CRUD functionality is accurate to serve various interactions of the project. Lastly, the platform has a companion application that is built and compiled in EXPO. This will need attaching to the new migration, rebuilding and deploying to the stores appropriately. Therefore the following experience is necessary **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop new features and enhance existing functionality for our directory website using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, Next.js). - Utilise trunk-based development practices to ensure smooth and timely integration of code into the main branch. - Work collaboratively with other developers to resolve conflicts and merge changes efficiently. - Perform regular performance and bug-fixing tasks to ensure optimal website performance. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and industry standards. - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback. - Continuously improve and upgrade the software to keep up with the latest advancements in technology. **Required Skills and Experience:** - Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer. - Strong understanding of trunk-based development and its best practices. - Prior experience working in an agile environment with regular sprints. - Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. - MUST MUST be proficient with Docker and build architectures. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Github and Github Actions. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. **Nice to Have:** - Experience with DevOps practices and tools. - Knowledge of serverless architecture and cloud platforms. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Typescript experience. If you're after a easy going developer role where there's more work then we can get through then please let me know. No agencies and please only apply if you're used to throwing code out from ticket reference branches - we want to be pushing/building multiple times a day in some situations. Please please please do not apply if you're a junior or mid dev - this requires an individual to undergo a steep learning curve and drive the migration to finalisation. Also - the individual needs to work on the project full time until complete - this is not something that can be done in an hour a day.
