CNC Mill Controller Electrical Design Consultant Project Overview I am looking to design and build a custom CNC milling machine and am looking for an experienced electrical engineer or controls architect with experience in CNC systems, machine control, and automation. I'm looking for an expert who can help me plan and validate the overall electrical architecture before I commit to a particular design direction. Scope of Work The initial objective is to work together to define the machine's electrical system, including: - Overall controller architecture. - Motion control strategy (servo/stepper integration). - Motor drives and power distribution. - Safety systems (E-stop chain, contactors, interlocks, limit switches). - I/O allocation and expansion. - Spindle and auxiliary equipment integration. - Enclosure layout and wiring philosophy. - EMC/noise mitigation and grounding strategy. - Recommendations for suitable components and industry best practices. Once the architecture is agreed upon, I would like the successful freelancer to produce: - A complete electrical schematic. - Wiring diagrams where appropriate. - A basic bill of materials (BOM). - Documentation sufficient for machine assembly. Uk based Civil engineer needed for padel courts

UK-based civil engineer required to design reinforced concrete slab and coordinate documentation for three covered padel courts. Applicant must hold UK professional indemnity insurance and demonstrate experience with sports court foundations. Existing architects’ drawings, drainage design and approvals, technical padel court design (including canopy) and wind reports are available. Scope: confirm slab thickness, reinforcement detailing, dimensional tolerances (ideally 21m by 11m giving 500mm extension all around court), ground preparation, drainage integration and compile comprehensive plans and calculations for Building Control submission. Stage 4 Technical Plans

Hello, We require Stage 4 technical plans to submit to Building Control. Please find the current drawings attached for your review. Separately, we may also be interested in commissioning an overall site layout/masterplan for the property. This would show how the various areas are intended to be used, including elements such as the driveway, parking, orchard, vegetable growing areas, seating spaces, grazing land, and any other future landscaping or land-use proposals. This is primarily for our own long-term planning purposes and is not essential to the erection or installation of the barn itself. Finally, if you work closely with any Building Control specialists or approved inspectors, we have not yet appointed anyone and would be happy to receive recommendations and quotations for this aspect of the project as well. I have a high-resolution 360-degree equirectangular panorama of a football locker room (dimensions: 14,000 x 7,000 pixels). I need a Photoshop professional to convert the name/number plates above the lockers into fully editable Smart Objects. There are exactly 31 locker panels in total across the room. Detailed Requirements: Smart Object Structure: You need to isolate each of the 31 panels and convert them into independent Smart Objects. Inside each Smart Object, the player's Number and Name must be on separate, editable Text Layers. Please use a clean, bold sans-serif font that closely matches the original look (e.g., Arial Black, Montserrat, or similar). Perspective & Integration (Crucial): Because this is a 360° panorama, the lockers are curved and skewed depending on their position in the equirectangular projection. You must use Photoshop's Perspective Warp, Free Transform (Distort/Skew), or Edit > Transform > Warp so that when I type a new name inside the Smart Object, it perfectly aligns with the angle, curve, and lighting of that specific locker. The final result must look 100% realistic, seamless, and integrated into the environment. Organization: The final deliverable must be a single, well-organized PSD file. All 31 Smart Object layers must be clearly named and grouped into a folder (e.g., "Locker Name Panels 1-31"). Deliverables: 1 x Layered PSD file (14,000 x 7,000 pixels) containing the 31 configured Smart Objects. Please share examples of previous work where you integrated editable text/graphics into complex perspective or 360-degree photos.

Corner Pillar Flower Design for Wood CNC

I have attached two images of a wooden furniture piece. I need the decorative corner pillar carvings extracted and recreated as 3D STL files. In one of the images, I have marked the specific areas I need. There are three separate design elements, and I require each of them to be delivered as an individual STL file (3 STL files in total). Important requirements: Only the carved decorative elements are needed. Do not include any surrounding surface, panel, or background geometry. The designs will be mounted onto a round pillar, so each model should be created with an appropriate curved back surface to match a cylindrical form. The STL files must be suitable for CNC carving and machining. Experience with 4-axis CNC wood carving and creating relief models for curved surfaces is highly preferred, as this project requires an understanding of how ornamentation is applied to round columns.
