I need an organized virtual assistant who already feels at home inside Airbnb and Vrbo dashboards. Your primary focus will be two things I can’t afford to drop: keeping my listings spotless and responding to guests quickly. Here’s what the role looks like day to day. You’ll log in, confirm that every photo, rate, rule, and calendar entry on each property is current, then handle every new message that arrives. Most messages are straightforward booking inquiries, but when an issue pops up—anything from a missing key code to a Wi-Fi outage—I’ll rely on you to troubleshoot using our house manual, then loop me in only if the problem escalates. Clear, polite English and a calm tone are essential; fast replies are non-negotiable. Deliverables I measure: • Listings on Airbnb and Vrbo reviewed and updated at least once daily • All booking inquiries answered within one hour between 8 AM–10 PM (property time zone) • Issues documented in our shared tracker with the final resolution noted If you’re already juggling listing edits, smart pricing tools, or guest chats on similar platforms, you’ll fit right in. Let me know your usual working hours and a recent example of turning an unhappy guest into a happy one.

14 days ago6 proposalsRemoteProspect Intelligence Analyst | Research Assistant
ROLE OVERVIEW Our firm helps small service businesses in the US and UK identify and fix operational revenue leaks — the gaps that cause them to lose enquiries and bookings without realizing it. You sit at the front of our Prospect Machine. Each week you research small businesses, identify their primary revenue leak, score them, enrich decision maker contacts, and populate our structured prospecting tracker. Your output feeds directly to our Cold Caller and Business Systems Consultants. This is not a data entry role. It requires pattern recognition, fast decision-making from limited information, and the discipline to work at consistent pace to a fixed weekly deadline. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES • Source 150–200 raw businesses per week using scraping tools provided by company • Filter to 120–150 qualified SMBs • Review each business's online digital presence — website, booking system, social pages, and online reputation — and conduct test calls outside office hours to assess missed call risk and after-hours responsiveness. Identify the primary operational revenue leak based on what the evidence shows • Find and verify the decision maker via enrichment tools provided by company • Score each lead, flag Priority Leads, and escalate leads immediately • Populate the B2B Prospecting Tracker • Submit all deliverables via agreed upon platform and time. Onboarding Ramp Week 1— 50–60 leads, research and tracker only. Full SOP and training provided. Quality standards apply from day one. Week 2 onwards — Cold call script prep for top 20 Priority Leads added. Week 3 onwards — Industry community and directory identification added. REQUIREMENTS • Experience in B2B lead research, business intelligence, or structured data research • Able to make fast, confident decisions from publicly available data • Strong attention to detail — accurate entries matter more than perfect ones • Comfortable following a structured SOP independently, without frequent check-ins • Clear written and spoken English, with prompt communication COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE • $17.00/hr · 15 hrs/week · ~$255/week • Performance review at 45 days — rate increase available for strong performers HOW TO APPLY Begin your application with the word SIGNAL — applications that don't will not be reviewed. Then answer these two questions: 1. Describe a research or data project where you worked to a consistent weekly output target. What tools did you use and what was your weekly volume? 2. You're researching a dental practice. Their website has no online booking system — new patients are instructed to call during office hours only. There is no contact form and no alternative way to enquire outside of calling. In two to three sentences: identify the primary revenue leak, explain why it matters commercially, and give this lead a score out of 10 with a one-sentence justification. Note Question 2 has a clear correct answer. We are looking for specific, evidenced reasoning — not a general description of the problem.

Ancient History Research Paper Guidance
I need a clear, actionable plan that walks me through every stage of completing a research paper in Ancient History. Starting from refining a precise question to assembling primary and secondary sources, I want to understand exactly what to do, in what order, and why each step matters. Scope of help • Clarify how to narrow my broad interest in Ancient History into a focused, research-worthy thesis. • Show me where and how to locate credible primary records (inscriptions, chronicles, archaeological reports) and peer-reviewed secondary literature. • Explain the structure of a standard history research paper—introduction, historiography section, argument development, evidence analysis, and conclusion—so I can see how each part fits together. • Provide citation and formatting guidance, preferably in Chicago style, with examples. • Offer tips on time management and note-taking techniques suited to historical research so I can stay organised from proposal to final draft. Deliverable A concise, step-by-step guide (PDF or Google Doc) that I can follow while writing, including: 1. A sample outline tailored to an Ancient History topic. 2. A short annotated bibliography template with a few model entries. 3. Formatting and citation checkpoints for quick reference. Once I have this roadmap, I’ll feel confident tackling the assignment on my own.

14 hours ago35 proposalsRemoteCOLD CALLING PROFESSIONAL
I am looking for a highly capable cold calling professional who can confidently engage CEOs in direct phone conversations. This is not entry-level telesales. You must be comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers and able to hold a composed, intelligent, executive-level tone. You should sound credible, natural, and positioned — never scripted or sales-driven. You are a strong fit if: * You have experience speaking directly with CEOs or C-level executives * You sound confident, intelligent, and composed on the phone * You understand executive positioning and tone * You are disciplined, consistent, and performance-oriented * You are comfortable operating within a structured, proven system This is professional executive outreach — not aggressive selling. WHAT I DO I am the founder of the Neuro-Based Leadership Centre in the United Kingdom (https://www.neurobasedleadershipcentre.com). I work primarily with CEOs in the tech sector, typically leading companies with £5M–£40M in annual turnover, and I have worked with businesses exceeding £250M. I deliver executive coaching focused on neurochemical decision-making patterns in leadership. When I begin working with a CEO, the engagement often expands to their C-level team and, in many cases, the wider organisation. This is structured executive positioning — not traditional sales. HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS Outreach is conducted exclusively by phone. No email marketing. You will work within an existing, tested system using: * Pipeline (CRM) * JustCall (dialer) * A curated database of 500 tech-sector CEOs (office and mobile numbers) The process: 1. You call CEOs from the qualified list I provide. 2. You invite them to complete a short online executive research assessment (under 5 minutes). View the assessment here: https://www.neurobasedleadershipcentre.com/research 3. They receive a 29-page personalised Neurochemical Patterns Report. 4. You follow up and book a complimentary 45-minute executive debrief session with me. 5. Some CEOs naturally convert into coaching clients. In a previous campaign, I personally cold-called 2,500 CEOs and secured 107 meetings, which kept my calendar full for 11 months. The system converts. In addition to individual executive programs, I now offer scalable group coaching with unlimited participants, increasing overall conversion potential. The core structure is proven and working. I welcome thoughtful optimisation, but I am not looking to redesign the framework. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE From a database of 500 CEOs, realistic and proven performance benchmarks are: * 35–45 completed executive assessments * 20–25 booked 45-minute debrief meetings This represents a 4–5% meeting conversion rate across the full database — aligned with prior campaign performance (107 meetings from 2,500 CEOs). NEXT STEP If you believe you can operate at this level, please send your proposal for review. Before any order is placed, I require a virtual meeting. My audience is highly valuable and highly sensitive — alignment and mutual understanding are essential before moving forward. Kind regards, Tom

Extract blood test data from PDF documents that have been OCR'd
The objective is to build a structured blood test database that allows pathology results to be viewed, edited, filtered, and exported to Excel via a web-based HTML interface. The system stores results in a clean, standardised format so trends can be analysed accurately over time. Using AI-assisted OCR, I have built a local Python extraction pipeline that converts PDF pathology reports into machine-readable text and inserts structured data into a SQLite database. The majority of blood tests extract correctly, including canonical test name, result value, unit, and reference range. However, I have reached a specific technical issue with three markers: • CRP (C-reactive protein) • ESR • GLU (Glucose) The OCR output clearly contains the correct lines, and debug logs confirm they are processed. Yet no rows are inserted for these markers. The failure appears to occur between canonical matching, numeric extraction, or validation logic. Current System Architecture The system runs locally and consists of: • extraction_core_2.py (main engine) • Supporting modules for OCR preprocessing, lab dictionary building, regex matching, and validation • SQLite backend • Schema-driven canonical lab dictionary • Controlled fuzzy fallback logic • HTML viewer for results display and Excel export Pipeline flow: Convert PDF to image (pdf2image) Preprocess Run Tesseract OCR Clean and normalise text Match against canonical lab dictionary Extract: canonical test name numeric result unit reference range Validate Insert into SQLite The engine is deterministic and rule-based. The Specific Problem Example OCR line: CRP H 5.2 mg/L 0-5 OCR text is correct. NUMBER_PATTERN matches. The canonical dictionary contains the test. Yet: Inserted 0 rows from 0126251OrderReport_23B00006604_CRP.pdf Likely failure points include: • Canonical containment match failing due to normalisation • Flag tokens (“H”, “L”) interfering with numeric capture • Numeric extraction anchored incorrectly • Validation rejecting due to strict range formatting • Unit pattern mismatch (e.g. mmol/L) • Dictionary indexing issue • Match overridden by another lab name • Guard conditions too strict If validation fails, the row is rejected silently. All other panels extract correctly. The issue appears isolated. What Is Required This is not a rebuild. We do not want: • Re-architecture • Experimental AI guessing logic • Large-scale changes • Expanded fuzzy matching We need: 1. Precise Diagnosis Identify exactly where CRP, ESR, and GLU are failing insertion and which rule is causing rejection. 2. Minimal Safe Fix Implement a targeted correction that: • Adjusts canonical matching if required • Anchors numeric extraction correctly • Allows flag tokens without blocking capture • Relaxes only necessary validation checks • Preserves deterministic behaviour 3. Zero Regression • No impact to currently working panels • No performance degradation • No uncontrolled fuzzy expansion 4. Modular Implementation If appropriate: • Implement as small isolated module or • Cleanly adjust matching block The existing architecture should remain intact. Constraints The system is designed to be: • Deterministic • Schema-driven • Reproducible • Forensic-grade We cannot introduce probabilistic or unpredictable behaviour. Longer-Term Goal After stabilising extraction: • Migrate to web deployment • Enable structured uploads • Add trend analysis • Later incorporate AI-assisted interpretation Immediate priority: Stabilise deterministic extraction for CRP, ESR, and GLU without breaking the existing engine. Materials Provided Uploaded: • Full extraction_core_2.py (text format) • Screenshot of HTML viewer • Sample PDF files • Export showing required output Additional materials available on request: • Sample OCR blocks • Canonical dictionary entries • Regex patterns • Validation logic • Database schema • Debug logs This is a focused debugging and refinement request. I have spent many hours attempting to isolate the issue and now require an experienced developer to identify the blocking condition and implement a practical fix. I have been advised this should take 1–2 hours for a senior developer. Looking for a swift turnaround.
