Our mission is to create affordable housing for everyone, the issue in Belgium is that (as everywhere) real estate prices are skyrocketing and young families are having difficulties to get a loan for a new house. In order to create affordable housing, we 'd like to establish a real estate rental company / fund who can rent 50 houses (in a first step). We'll do the property management ourselves.
