We are seeking a UK-based, independent HR consultant to manage a formal grievance process for a small business. This is a one-off, remote assignment, and all work must be conducted with the highest standards of confidentiality, impartiality, and ACAS compliance. Scope of Work (Fixed Fee) 1.
