We’re a premium outdoor gear brand looking for an editor for a 14-Reel pilot, with the potential for ongoing batch work. The footage is already shot. It shows our shovel breaking everyday objects, or a person testing the shovel’s strength. The Reels should have viral format with organic feel. Each finished vertical Reel should be about 30-40 seconds. Length can vary depending of the shots provided for specific Reel. The 14 Reel pilot includes: • 6 close-up, object-only destruction Reels • 3 Reels with a person destroying an object • 5 Reels with a person trying to destroy the shovel You will choose and arrange the best shots, edit the Reels, and handle audio cleanup and sound design. We want to try different editing approaches in this first batch, so you are allowed to make multiple version of the same Reel. This is a test 14-Reel pilot. After the test we want to identify one or two formats for future videos. Pilot price: $10 per finished Reel, $140 for all 14-Reel pilot. To apply: - Provide five published video examples that you personally edited, each for a different brand. We need somebody who can process these quantities, so we can establish pipeline of shooting-editing-posting as an ongoing proces. We will shortlist candidates based on their existing work. After an NDA, shortlisted candidates will receive the same footage for a three-Reel paid editing test $5. We will select one editor to finish the remaining 11 Reels. For the selected editor, the three test Reels count toward the 14-Reel pilot, and the test payment counts toward the $140 pilot total. Future work: Once we settle on repeatable formats, our target is $5 per Reel for ongoing batches. AI-assisted tools are welcome if the finished videos meet the brief.

Looking for a photo editor who is more adept at Photoshop (or similar) to retouch and enhance a small collection of images. Tasks include colour correction, exposure and contrast adjustments, blemish and object removal, background refinement. The presentations have already been professionally designed and recorded using PowerPoint Cameo. We are not looking for the slides to be recreated or redesigned. The PowerPoint presentation can be exported directly as an MP4 and used as the basis for editing. What we need We want to transform the existing presentation into a polished, engaging online learning experience. Event videographer + photo, full day in Warwickshire on 6/10

We're running a one day business conference at Chesford Grange, Kenilworth, Warwickshire (CV8 2LD) on Tuesday 6 October and need one person on site for the day to handle filming and photography. This is an in-person job, so please only apply if you can travel to the venue with your own kit. It's a straightforward day to shoot. Eight speaker sessions of 30 to 45 minutes each, and the speakers are seated, interview style (one may present standing). The sessions are recorded on a 1-2 locked-off camera, so once it's rolling you're free to shoot stills and B-roll around it. The day: Arrive approx 8:00am for empty room and venue B-roll before doors Event runs 9:15am to 3:30pm with a one hour lunch Re-frame the locked-off camera between sessions, keep an eye on levels Photography throughout: speakers, audience, networking, venue, details B-roll through the day for use in a highlight reel and future promotion What we need delivered: Raw video files of all 8 sessions plus all B-roll (file transfer or drive) Separate audio files (see audio note below) Edited photo set, full day coverage Audio matters most on this job. The session recordings are being used as learning material afterwards, so sound must come from the venue PA desk feed or lapel mics on the speakers, not the camera mic. No experience in Voice Recording is necessary! You can be located anywhere in the UK and record remotely.
