Face‑controlled 3D character for kids to talk & play live
Overview I'm an early-childhood educator building a small prototype to use with the young children I teach. The concept: I control a 3D animated character live using my face, while a child in another location plays with that character on a tablet: talking to it and tapping things in a shared scene that respond in real time. Nothing is built yet, this is from scratch. The scope is small on purpose, but it has to genuinely work end to end. I'm on a tight, fixed budget, so I want a lean build, not a full app. What version 1 needs to do: - One simple 3D room/scene, child-friendly. - One 3D character in that scene that I control live with my face (facial expressions and head movement driven by my camera). - The child, on a tablet in another country, sees and hears the character in real time and can talk to me through it. - 3 to 4 tappable objects in the scene. When the child taps one, it responds (animates / plays a sound / changes the scene), and I can see what they tapped so I can react in character. - Low latency enough for natural back-and-forth conversation. Important and you decide the tech I'm not prescribing the avatar or networking approach. You're the expert: propose the simplest, lowest-cost way to hit the requirements above. Tell me what you'd use for the face-driven 3D avatar (including whether we should buy or use an existing rig/model rather than build one to save cost), and how you'd handle the real-time remote connection between two countries. I want your recommendation and your reasoning. What I'll provide - A clear walkthrough of the intended experience - Character and room art direction (or budget to source a 3D model, open to your advice here) Out of scope for version 1 - Login, payments, content library, multiple characters or rooms - Production-grade polish - Anything beyond the single remote interactive scene above

I have a spreadsheet of 67 secondary UK schools where I need to identify, by name, the people who sit in six specific roles at each school — and find their verified work email address. You will be filling in a pre-built spreadsheet I provide. Most of the work is done — the school list, websites, addresses, phone numbers and which roles still need finding are all already mapped. Your job is to look up the names and verify the emails. The 6 roles per school Head Teacher Cover Manager (the day-to-day supply booker) School Business Manager (SBM) Head Teacher's PA / Office Manager Deputy or Assistant Head (with a staffing or cover portfolio if possible) SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) What you'll deliver The same spreadsheet I send you, with every red "FIND" cell filled in using one of three formats: Verified name | verified email — for example: Sample Postholder | s.postholder@exampleschool.org.uk NAME FOUND — EMAIL NOT VERIFIED | [name] — if you can identify the postholder but cannot get a verified email NOT FOUND — if no current postholder can be confirmed after a proper search There are approximately 240 individual cells to fill across the 67 schools. Not every school needs all 6 — some roles are already covered and marked HAVE in green; just skip those. You will need to have access to a range of software and resources to support you as these email addresses are not simply on the school website - therefore research and effort will be required to find and source correct validated emails.

Short-form video editor for a futures-trading analysis brand
We're Beneath The Book (@beneaththebook) a futures-trading analysis brand covering ES & NQ through order-flow and structural levels. We publish daily educational market analysis. Our voice is honest and no-hype: "levels, not predictions." We're not a get-rich-quick signals account, and our content reflects that. What we need: A short-form video editor to turn our daily raw material (chart screenshots, level cards, screen recordings, and a script/voiceover we provide) into engaging 20–40 second vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and X. The work, per video: A scroll-stopping hook in the first 1–2 seconds (on-screen text) Motion that holds attention: draw-on annotations, zoom-into-the-level, marker drops timed to the narration Burned-in captions (most viewers watch muted) Clean branded end-card with handle and a soft call-to-action Platform-specific exports (9:16 for TikTok and Reels, plus a feed-friendly cut) We provide the script, voiceover, and the levels/branding you handle the edit, motion, captions, and exports. The trading voice stays with us. You're a fit if you: Edit short-form for retention, not just polish (CapCut/Premiere) Can make data or charts engaging please show examples where you made something analytical or "boring" hold attention Can deliver fast turnaround (ideally same-day, since this is daily content) Understand TikTok/Reels hook-and-retention mechanics To apply: Share a portfolio, ideally with finance, data, or explainer-style work Tell us how you'd hook a viewer in the first second of a trading video Note your turnaround time and per-video rate First step: a paid test piece one card + one script → one finished video before any ongoing arrangement. Note: This is educational market-analysis content. No performance or profit claims feature in the work.

UK Solicitor Needed: Neighbour Access Rights Dispute
We are seeking a solicitor with experience in property law, easements, rights of access, and utility disputes. Our electricity supply was disconnected by Scottish Power following issues at the property. We are now trying to have the supply reconnected, but Scottish Power has advised that access is required through our neighbour's property to carry out cable-laying and/or reconnection works. Our neighbour has refused access. They claim that the property poses a risk because a former tenant allegedly tampered with the electricity meter. However, the property is now vacant, and we are seeking to resolve the issue and restore the electricity supply properly through Scottish Power. Our family has owned the property since it was built approximately 60 years ago, and the electricity supply has existed for the entire period. We therefore require advice on whether any historic rights of access, easements, wayleaves, or other legal rights may exist that would allow access for maintenance, repair, or reconnection of the electricity supply. We are looking for a solicitor who can: * Review the history of the property and electricity supply. * Advise whether any legal rights of access exist due to the longstanding nature of the connection. * Assess our legal position regarding the neighbour's refusal of access. * Draft and send a legal letter to the neighbour if appropriate. * Advise on the best course of action to resolve the dispute and secure reconnection of the electricity supply. Please provide details of your relevant experience, estimated fees, and timescales. We look forward to hearing from you.

Important rules: * Only 18+ creators. * No minors or questionable accounts. * No scraping private information. * No fake reviews. * No spam. * No misleading messages. * No pretending to be an independent user. * Respect the rules of every platform, subreddit, group, and community. Ideal candidate: * Experience with influencer research, creator outreach, adult creator recruitment, webcam creator research, or social media lead generation * Comfortable working around adult/NSFW creator communities * Good English * Able to work independently * Able to provide clean daily updates in a spreadsheet * Knowledge of OnlyFans, Fansly, webcam, Reddit, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Discord, or Facebook creator groups is a plus First test milestone: Please quote your price for: * 100 qualified creator leads * 20 relevant communities, groups, forums, or subreddits where creators can be found or researched * 20 manually contacted creators using our approved outreach message * A short report explaining which markets look most promising and why When applying, please answer: 1. Have you done creator or influencer outreach before? 2. Have you worked with adult/NSFW creators before? 3. Which platforms would you use to find creators? 4. Which markets do you know best? USA/UK, Latin America, Romania/Eastern Europe, or other? 5. How many qualified creator leads can you find per day? 6. Can you contact creators manually and track everything in a spreadsheet? 7. Do you understand that we do not want spam, fake reviews, fake testimonials, or rule-breaking outreach? 8. What is your price for the first test milestone?

Membership Launch Specialist — Online Courses & Communities (UK Hours) About us We're a UK-based, people-first business coaching and skills platform built for small business owners. Our membership combines live coaching, online courses, community and a proprietary smart business app — all at an affordable monthly price. Think of us as a trusted business partner in your pocket, not another tool. We're live, we're trading, and we're ready to grow. We need the right person to help us find our first 100 members — and beyond. What we're looking for An experienced membership and online course launch specialist who has done this before — multiple times, with real results to show for it. You'll know the names Stu McLaren and Amy Porterfield. You'll have strong opinions about what works and what doesn't. You'll be comfortable owning both the strategy and the execution. This is not a role for someone who has read about membership launches. We need someone who has run them. What you'll do You'll take ownership of our membership launch — from strategy through to sign-ups. That includes: Reviewing our current funnel, messaging and positioning and identifying gaps. Building and executing a launch plan designed to convert our first 100 members. Running or overseeing paid and organic acquisition across the right channels. Managing email sequences, landing pages and conversion optimisation. Reporting clearly on what's working, what isn't, and what we're changing. You'll work directly with the founders. No layers, no committees. Fast decisions and real collaboration. Must-haves Proven experience launching online membership programmes or course communities — not just marketing generally. A track record you can point to: real member numbers, real conversion rates, real results. Familiarity with the membership industry — Stu McLaren, Amy Porterfield, the Membership Guys — you know the ecosystem. Full-stack capability: you can lead strategy and get into implementation. Excellent written and spoken English. Available to work within UK business hours (GMT/BST). Nice to haves Experience with small business, coaching or B2B audiences. Familiarity with AI tools and how to use them in a marketing workflow. Experience with webinar-led funnels as a conversion mechanism. How to apply We will only consider applications that include the following: Two or three examples of membership or course launches you have personally worked on. For each: the platform or product, your specific role, the number of members acquired, and the key tactics that drove results. A brief note on what didn't work in one of those launches and what you learned. A short paragraph on how you would approach finding our first 100 members for a UK-based small business coaching and skills membership — what would your first 30 days look like? Applications without this information will not be reviewed. The opportunity This starts as a project focused on our first 100 members. If the fit is right and results follow, this becomes a longer-term and potentially full-time engagement. We're building something with genuine long-term potential — and we want the right people growing with us.

What tech stack would you use and why? 2. How would you handle AI memory / user context? 3. Have you built AI chat or AI assistant apps before? 4. Have you implemented Apple IAP and Google Play Billing before? 5. Would you use RevenueCat or direct Apple/Google billing, and why? 6. How would you structure the backend? 7. Milestone breakdown with payment per milestone? 11. 2–3 real mobile apps you personally built? 12. Confirm source code and handover documentation are included. 13. Confirm payment is released only after each working milestone is approved. Please do not send a generic proposal. We are comparing multiple developers and will shortlist based on relevant AI app experience, subscription experience, strong architecture, fair pricing, clear milestones, and ability to understand product logic. Thanks.

Please apply only if you have experience with: * Flutter apps * Dating or social apps * Apple In-App Purchases * Admin panel development * Backend/API integration * GitHub and proper project handover When applying, please explain: 1. Your experience with Flutter apps. 2. Whether you have set up Apple In-App Purchases before. 3. What kind of admin panels you have built before. 4. How you would approach the first audit of our app. 5. Estimated timeline and cost for the first review/audit phase. We want to start with a technical audit first. If the audit is handled professionally, we can continue with the fixes, Apple payment setup, and full admin panel development.

I have just this evening written a poem, I still need to revise it slightly, but I would ideally love someone who could compile a 3:29 video with background music 'Sand Drawing - Judah Earl'. I have read it out loud with this song playing quietly in the background, I am no video editor, but with weeks of planning and software and time - which I do not have - I may be able to pull something off. Alas, I require the help of a professional. I have worked out roughly, each video needs to be 3-5 seconds long. I don't know whether it's easier to compile them all at 5 seconds and then shorten the clip to match the words? I have details below the scenes I would love to have based on the chronological order of the poem. The one caveat, is ideally I would love to make all the clips my own, using me, my friends and family. However, that will take much longer. Therefore, I thought, if I can pay someone to get the whole video created, with the text and timing done to a tee, then I could ideally work with you again to revise some if not all of the video clips and swap them out with my own. How does that sound? I don't know the price, might have to be an hourly basis. It would also be lovely if you have your own video footage, to make it personable, otherwise stock footage is fine. As I say, with potential revisions done later. Video Scene Order: 1- A man sat quietly on a bench in the background, looking somewhat sad, with hustle and bustle, crowds of people in the foreground passing by as he looks around. 2- A man or woman praying in a church, chapel, then looking out the stained glass window at the end. 3 - two friends hugging and talking 4 - A Mother and Father dancing or grandparents 5 - A man crying looking to the skies, cloudy grey skies, close up of the eyes, filled with sadness - this could be a couple of videos 6 - Sky scenes, clouds, rain, sunsets in the sky, birds flying, a few montage scenes 5-8 seconds 7 - Flying birds, like a murmuration of birds would be wonderful 8 - Crying person with great emotion, letting it all out, saying goodbye perhaps 9 - someone skimming with a stone, the stone disappears - farewell. another drop in the ocean so to speak. 10 - Traveller, explorer, filmed from behind, with a rugged backpack, climbing a hill, mountain, coast path, adventure themed, moving on, going forth with great strength. 11 - Young couple kissing, intimate, young love 12 - Older couple embracing, long lasting love 13 - Seasons Montage - Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. - beautiful. 14 - Clocking spinning, turning, large railway clock, maybe a time lapse of people at times quare station flying by - hinting time flying by. 15 - Someone thinking, deep in thought, pondering questions, maybe sat somewhere quiet. 16 - Something to portray gladness and sadness - good times and bad times, laughter and difficult times. 17 - Workout video, a man or woman pushing through the pain, close up shot in their eyes lifting heavy weight or at the gym, showing power, strength and resilience. 18 - Heartbreak, someone alone by a tree, in a park, relationship ended, sad tears, something to show the world falling around them, maybe leaves falling from a tree as a secondary video. 19 - Clear, calm seas, a beautiful shot of calm waves and maybe a sunset or a whale breaching. 20 - Trees blowing in the wind, shot looking up through the trees. 21 - Moonlight, a breeze at night, a night time scene, maybe the night sky and a shooting star afterwards. 22 - Sunrise, the most beautiful sunrise shot, maybe even with someone in it, looking at the sun as it rises. 23 - A man - me eventually - sat in a meadow, a lovely field, an old English Oak Tree, a wooden field gate, something such as this, looking into the sunset, the shot filmed from behind, contemplating life and lost in thought. End Scene. Thanks p.s. I don't have bags of money, but this is so special to me, I want it to be the first video on my new Instagram account, dedicated to my film making and poetry, reigniting my old self.

I am looking for someone to design a vertical wall-mounted ant farm model that can be 3D printed. The model needs to be practical, secure, and designed properly for printing. It should be suitable for ants, with natural-looking tunnels and chambers visible from the front. The design will need to be supplied as printable STL/STEP files. ⸻ Main Design Requirements The ant farm should be designed as a vertical wall-mounted unit. It needs to: * Be easy and secure to wall mount. * Have a strong rear body/frame. * Include mounting holes or keyhole-style wall fixings. * Be stable once fitted to a wall. * Be suitable for 3D printing without unnecessary supports where possible. ⸻ Front Perspex Panel The front needs a recessed area to hold an A4 sheet of 3 mm Perspex. The Perspex size will be: 297 mm wide x 210 mm tall x 3 mm thick Please note: the Perspex must sit neatly into the front recess. The model also needs screw holes around the front so the Perspex can be fixed securely using M3 screws. I would like the screw holes positioned neatly around the Perspex, with enough support around them so the print does not crack when tightened. ⸻ Magnet Slots The model also needs small recesses for magnets to be glued into place. Magnet size: 4 mm wide x 2 mm deep These should be placed in sensible positions to help secure interchangeable side parts, covers, or connection pieces. The magnet holes should be slightly oversized to allow for glue and tolerance. ⸻ Natural Tunnel System The main visible section needs to include a natural-looking tunnel system, similar to the example image supplied. The tunnels should not look too geometric or artificial. I want: * Natural burrow-style tunnels. * Wider cave areas/chambers. * Larger voids for breeding, resting, or storing food. * Multiple routes up, down, left, and right. * Interconnecting tunnels. * Tunnels and chambers fully visible from the front through the Perspex. * Enough depth for ants to move comfortably. The tunnels should feel organic, but still printable and easy to clean where possible. ⸻ Side Connection System The design needs interchangeable side sections on both sides. These side sections should allow the user to either: 1. Connect multiple ant farm units together, or 2. Block the side opening if only using one unit. So I need: * Left and right side connection points. * Removable connector parts. * Removable blanking/blocking parts. * Secure fitting using magnets, screws, or a simple mechanical slot system. * The ability to expand the ant farm in the future by adding more printed units. ⸻ Foraging Area The design needs a foraging area built into it. This should be separate from the main tunnel section but connected so ants can access it. The foraging area needs to be large enough for: * Ants to explore. * Food to be placed inside. * Easy access for maintenance. * Good visibility. ⸻ Water / Sweet Water Area The model also needs a dedicated area large enough to place water or sweet water. This could be designed as: * A small removable tray area. * A recess for a small test tube/water tube. * A space to place a small feeding dish. I am open to suggestions on the best option, as long as it is practical, safe for ants, and easy to refill. ⸻ Printing Requirements The model must be designed for FDM 3D printing. Please design with the following in mind: * Printable on a standard large-format 3D printer. * Strong walls. * Minimal supports where possible. * Sensible tolerances for Perspex, magnets, screws, and connectors. * Parts should be split if needed to make printing easier. * The design should not rely on very fragile details. * Wall-mounted strength is important. Ideally, I would like files supplied in: * STL * STEP, if possible * Separate files for the main body, side connectors, blanking plates, and any removable parts ⸻ Style Reference I have attached an image showing the style I like. The tunnel system should be visible from the front and have a natural cave/burrow look, rather than straight lines or basic grids. I want the final design to look clean, modern, and functional, while still feeling like a natural ant habitat. ⸻ Final Deliverables Please provide: * Full 3D printable model files. * Separate printable parts where needed. * A version with the A4 Perspex recess. * Side connector pieces. * Side blanking/blocking pieces. * Magnet recesses. * M3 screw holes for the Perspex. * Wall mounting points. * Any notes on print orientation and assembly. ⸻ Important Notes The design must be practical, not just visually nice. This will be printed and used, so tolerances, strength, Perspex fitting, wall mounting, and ant access all matter. Please include examples of previous 3D printable product designs or functional models you have created. Designs for enclosures, terrariums, aquariums, modular systems, or mechanical parts would be helpful.
