Description
We are looking for an experienced AI automation specialist to help implement the first phase of an AI-powered business management system.
Most of the planning, workflows, business processes, reporting requirements, and agent roles have already been defined.
We now need someone who can help turn those plans into working AI agents and automations.
## Scope
Initial phase will focus on:
* Building a small number of AI agents
* Connecting agents to existing systems
* Creating automated reports
* Building simple workflows between systems
* Setting up dashboards and management reporting
Examples of agents include:
* Revenue Agent
* Inventory Agent
* Customer Agent
* Finance Agent
* Reporting Agent
## Existing Systems
We currently use:
* PrestaShop
* Shopify
* Inventory management software
* PayTabs
* Google Workspace
* WhatsApp Business
## Ideal Candidate
You should have experience with:
* AI agents
* ChatGPT
* Claude
* Automation workflows
* APIs
* Ecommerce systems
* Reporting dashboards
You do not need to be an enterprise consultant.
We are looking for someone practical who can help us build and test a working pilot.

Have you already selected a platform for building these agents (such as n8n, Make, custom API setup, etc.), or are you looking for recommendations based on your existing systems?

Hi Tim,
A few quick clarification questions:
1. Between Shopify, PrestaShop, and your inventory system, which one should be treated as the primary source of truth for stock and product data?
2. Should the agents (Revenue, Inventory, Finance, etc.) only generate insights and reports, or are they also expected to take actions like updating stock, pausing products, or triggering workflows?
3. Do you want inventory synchronization to be real-time, scheduled (e.g. every X minutes/hours), or event-driven—and how should conflicts between systems be resolved?
4. Should the Customer Agent operate only via WhatsApp Business, or also extend to email (Google Workspace) and website/Shopify chat?
5. Is PayTabs integration required only for reporting and tracking, or do you also need automated reconciliation (refunds, failed payments, chargebacks)?
6. Do you prefer dashboards, scheduled reports (daily/weekly), or both—and which KPIs are the top priority in Phase 1?
