I’m currently looking for an experienced architectural designer who can develop a complete 2D/3D architectural drawing set for a project in Georgia, including the level of detail typically required for permitting and construction. The scope would ideally include floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, detailed construction drawings, schedules, and 3D exterior/interior visualization, Do you have experience working residential or commercial projects and preparing complete drawing packages? If so, I’d love to review a sample of a complete architectural drawing set you’ve previously produced. A real project example would be especially helpful so I can evaluate the level of detail, presentation quality, and technical accuracy.

The Creative Direction One of our biggest priorities is creating something that feels authentic to London Elite Youth. We don’t want our social channels to look like generic, templated sports content. We’re looking for someone who can help establish a bespoke visual and editing style that becomes recognisable as London Elite Youth. We also want to limit the use of generative AI in the creative process. AI may be used selectively for workflow or administrative purposes, but photography, videography, storytelling, editing choices and the overall creative direction should remain human-led, original and authentic to our environment. We’re more interested in your eye, your portfolio and your ideas than your job title. Help designing window layout to the front elevation of a house

I have a project which I propose to start next April. This will be our 5th project, so we are well versed with the process and completing similar projects. I am a qualified Building Surveyor and a Property Developer by profession: • We have planning permission for the works. • We designed the works and have had an architectural technician draw up the detail. • We have structural engineers designs and calculations. • We have construction drawings prepared. • We have Party Walls covered. • We have building Regs covered. • We have obtained quotes and have selected a builder. What we are not quite happy with is the front elevation which is probably the most important piece for us. How the house will look from the front is crucial. We have tried to finesse the elevation with our current “architectural technician” but he’s not a designer but is good at pulling the drawings together. We sent him AI generated images of what we wanted plus some photos of a property locally which we like. We like the painted brickwork, the colour of the pain etc. See pics and images below. I appreciate there are issues with where the openings sit in each room, but we are prepared to accept this to get the front looking its best. The roof on the drawings attached is not quite right too. Do you think you can help us get the location, sizes of the windows designed so it looks right? Let me know and if you can provide a quote for your input then I can obtain the CAD drawings. We are looking for an experienced freelance measured building surveyor to carry out a full measured survey of an existing mosque building in London. The surveyor will be responsible for visiting the site and taking accurate measurements of the existing building. The surveyor must provide and bring all necessary surveying and measuring equipment required to complete the work. The scope will include recording the existing building dimensions, including walls, rooms, openings, doors, windows, ceiling heights and other relevant architectural elements.
