Adapt global design concepts to suit local project requirements. Adapt Parametric architectures principles Able to utilise machine generated designs using our Generative AI platforms 5. Interiors & Exteriors: Develop detailed engineering drawings and plans for interiors and exteriors, ensuring a seamless blend of design elements. Introduce unique factors to elevate both functional and aesthetic aspects. 6. Project Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects that meet expectations. 7. Creative Problem-Solving: Address challenges with innovative and practical solutions, maintaining design integrity and meeting project goals. 8. BIM knowledge Have experience working with BIM platforms. Requirements: Certified Architect Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Proven experience in designing a range of spaces, including retail, commercial, residential, and public. Proficiency in architectural design platforms such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or similar. Strong understanding of green construction, sustainable materials, and smart technology integration. Familiarity with building compliance and regulatory frameworks. Excellent visualization skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to bring creative, unique, and innovative ideas to life. The purpose of this is that we are building a new website for our company and we want to showcase our properties, such as our office (we own the whole building). I have an office in an apartment that I want to design into a new and modern office with the latest architectural style. This office has two rooms and the hall is separated by a partition. I want the partitions to be architectural and the spaces to be optimized and transformed into attractive shapes. There should be a place for reception, secretary, meeting room, main management of the complex, and reception of guests. There should be a space for storing documents and office supplies, a space for placing a photocopier, a space for workers to rest, and separate management. This apartment has 3 terraces that receive light from the ceiling and there should be a space for placing server and rack systems. I will attach photos of the complex along with the plan taken. Architectural photograph to be retouched and edited

We're looking for someone to retouch and edit architectural photographs. This is a two-part brief, please see below: Brief #1 1 photo to be edited (this photo is priority and will require a quick turnaround). This photograph will set the tone of the editing for the photos in Brief #2. Brief #2 About 22 photos to be edited (final number TBC). These photos are of the rest of the project. Attached is an example of previously edited photos (before & after) in a style and look that we want. There must be continuity across each photograph as they are at different angles.
