UK AEC Business Development Consultant – Warm Introductions I run a London-based consultancy working with architecture, engineering and built-environment businesses, and I am looking for an experienced, well-connected AEC business development professional to help me open a small number of new client relationships. This is not a lead-generation or high-volume cold outreach role. I am specifically looking for someone who already has an established professional network among UK architects, engineering consultancies and/or other built-environment businesses, ideally including relationships with directors, managing directors, commercial directors or other senior decision-makers. The initial objective is very focused: to secure a minimum of two genuine warm introductory meetings by December 2026. I am particularly interested in someone who can: • identify where my consultancy offering would have a strong commercial fit; • use their own AEC relationships and network to create warm routes into suitable firms; • make credible, personal introductions at senior level; • advise me on where opportunities are most likely to exist; and • help position my services appropriately for the AEC market. I am not looking for someone primarily offering database building, automated LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns or generic lead generation. I can identify target companies myself; the value I am looking for is your existing industry relationships and ability to open doors. This is deliberately a small initial assignment. The starting budget is £110 per day, with up to three days per month (£330). I am open to discussing how those days are best used rather than prescribing a fixed amount of activity. If the approach works and generates worthwhile conversations, there is potential to develop this into a longer-term relationship. When responding, please tell me briefly: 1. Meta & TikTok Ads Setup – Shopify Beauty Brand

I’m looking for an experienced ecommerce performance marketer to set up and manage Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for HYGEA BEAUTY for an initial 2-month period. Website: hygeabeauty.com HYGEA is a UK Shopify beauty brand selling reusable makeup blending sponges. We currently have one core product in Multicolour and Black, with different bundle options: 1 pack – 5 sponges, 2 pack bundle, 3 pack bundle The aim is straightforward: generate profitable online sales and identify which audiences, offers, creatives and platforms work best. **Scope** I need someone to handle: 1. Meta Business Manager / Ads Manager setup and review 2. TikTok Ads account setup/review 3. Meta Pixel + Conversion API / Shopify tracking 4. TikTok Pixel and conversion tracking 5. Correct Purchase, Add to Cart and Checkout events 6. Campaign structure and targeting 7. Prospecting and retargeting 8. Ad copy 9. Static/image ads 10. Testing different hooks, offers and bundles 11. A/B testing creatives and audiences 12. Regular campaign optimisation for 3 months until everything is optimised and all ad types are setup 13. Budget allocation based on performance 14. Weekly performance updates initially, with clear monthly reporting on CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate and sales going forward 15. Recommendations for improving the website/product page where relevant I don't want campaigns simply switched on and left running. I'm looking for someone who will actively analyse the results, cut poor-performing ads, test new ideas and move budget towards what is working. *Creative testing* We will have professional product photography available and can provide existing brand/product assets. I'm particularly interested in testing different advertising angles, including: - Premium-quality beauty sponges at an affordable price - Value of receiving 5 sponges per pack - Bundle/value offers - Product demonstrations - Before/application/after concepts - Beauty routine content - Static vs video/UGC-style advertising - Different hooks and opening messages I'm open to the freelancer recommending other approaches based on previous beauty/ecommerce experience. *Video / UGC ads* If you can also create high-quality short-form video or UGC-style ads, please quote this separately. I'm happy to pay extra for video creative where there is a strong reason to believe it will improve Meta/TikTok performance compared with relying only on static images. This could include: - Product demonstration videos - Hands applying foundation with the sponge - Beauty routine/GRWM style content - UGC-style testimonials/concepts - Voiceover ads - Hook-focused TikTok/Reels creatives - Multiple edited versions/hooks from the same footage Please explain exactly what video content you can provide and the additional cost. *Important* Because we're an early-stage brand with one main product, I don't want unnecessarily complicated campaigns. I'd prefer someone who can start lean, generate data, identify winning creatives/offers and then scale what works. I'm also open to prioritising Meta initially and introducing TikTok once we have enough data/creative, if you believe that will produce better results than splitting a limited budget across both from day one. *Budget* Approximately £350–£500 fixed price for initial setup and 2-3 months of active optimisation/management. Advertising spend is separate. I'm happy to consider a higher proposal for someone with a particularly strong track record with Shopify beauty/ecommerce brands. The target architecture is ARM64 The role focuses on making Android run reliably and efficiently in this environment and modifying the Android platform when infrastructure configuration alone is not enough The platform needs to support: - ARM64 infrastructure - Android Chrome/Chromium - Reliable ADB connectivity - Required Android/device profiles - CDP-based browser automation - Multiple Android instances running on server infrastructure Infrastructure, proxy routing, scraping integration, and QA are handled by other team members.- COMPENSATION - Hourly rate based on relevant experience and technical depth - Remote collaboration - Flexible engagement based on project needs - Performance bonuses for successful technical milestones - Additional bonuses for solving complex platform, Android, or virtualization problems - Long-term collaboration for strong and reliable performance SELF-FILTERING This is not a standard Android app development role Experience mainly with Kotlin/Java applications, Jetpack, Android UI, or application-level SDK work is not enough This is also not a standard DevOps role.
