We seek a graphic designer to develop packaging designs ready to be printed on boxes/packaging for our company, Recovery Oil to produce new range of aromatherapy essential oils that primarily target those afflicted by an addiction including, but not limited to: drugs, alcohol, smoking, sex, food, mobile phone usage, exercise/steroids/sports, online gaming or computer use, and many others. The brand aims to promote both physical, spiritual and mental healing through the use of natural wellness and products made from nature. We aim to target this product range at a health-conscious demographic that either currently use natural/healthcare products, It is important to us that the text, images and overall design reflect our ability to harness scientifically tested and verified essential oils that are proven to be effective for the treatment of addiction or maintenance of their current recovery. We envisioned, developed and produced this range specifically because of the highly potent ingredients that we can use to give addicts another tool to recover, and the research, evidence and clinical trials that prove the benefits that specific essential oils in specific dosages can provide to the user. For example, using these specific oils can provide a 40% increased in probability to maintain their recovery and prevent relapse, and up to 70% of trial users state that these oils provide an immense benefit in their efforts to get clean or sober. The essential oil range will initially include a package of 4 essential oil synergistic blends that: We also want to offer these products individually if they don’t need the whole kit and just need 1 or 2, for example those in Recovery who want to use our maintenance oil ongoing. A generic blend of all of the oils and their potent benefits will be added to candles, reed diffusers, room spray, beard oil for men and face cream for women, essential oil diffuser jewellery, car/travel diffusers, as well as soap bars and bath bombs. The design(s) should have a clean, modern aesthetic that reflects the high-quality, potent, scientifically proven natural ingredients. Packaging needs to clearly communicate in a modern, clean, eye-catching and professional manner that these blends and products use all natural ingredients that don’t harm the environment, yet use the knowledge, expertise, research and clinical trials that modern conventional western medicine provides to get the best from both worlds. It should also give the feeling that using this product will more likely guarantee their likelihood of success during their withdrawal/abstinence phase, and provides a substantial boost to their day to day maintenance/recovery efforts and activities afterwards. Information like ingredients, expiration dates, storage instructions, contraindications, warnings, usage guidelines, tips and suggestions to get the most from these products, and the clinical evidence from clinical trials and research must be conveyed clearly and succinctly yet prominently on the packaging and any other leaflets or inserts that each product will contain. As this is a completely new brand that is right at the beginning of establishing itself. The aesthetics should establish consistency across the range while also allowing each individual product to stand out on its own. Just as our bottles, ingredients and contents are from environmental and sustainable sources. Our packaging should also meet this standard to minimise waste and harm to the people, animals and planet around us all. Initial concepts will be 2D designs that need to be developed once the overall feel/requirements are understood and agreed upon. The products will initially be produced in small quantities due to the size of our organisation and the fact that we are still finding our customers and growing. This will increase as we establish ourselves and grow the business. File formats must be layered Photoshop or Illustrator files fully printable at high resolution. The chosen designer will be integrated into the product development process to iterate and refine designs based on feedback with each other. We don’t use photoshop or design software ourselves so any conceptual designs must be able to be opened and viewed easily without needing any additional special software. Experience designing for the healthcare and complementary/holistic therapy sectors, as well as natural products and packaging is desired but not essential if the right designer is found. A portfolio demonstrating aesthetic talent, typographic skill, and the ability to distill complex information simply through design is required. The selected designer must complete work in a timely manner, and with close communication with us, along with efficient timekeeping of deadlines and guarantees given. Depending on the price of the project and the timeframes provided, we may also want labels/packaging for our other products as well.

Hi! I'm interested in building a customized Metal Melting Induction heater using Transformers and other electronic and electrical components. I'm looking forward to build a Metal Melting Furnace which will be electrical mainly for the purpose of melting and refining Gold , Platinum , Silver and Iron. I'm looking forward to work with someone who is expert in PCB Designing and deployment and most importantly who has enough patience to answer all my doubts and questions throughout the project. Someone who is well versed with electrical and electronic components , firmware , hardware and PCB Design will be best suited for the project. What I'm looking for: 1) A Metal Melting Furnace using PCB Board , various electrical and electronic components , firmware and hardware. 2) It should have feature of increasing and decreasing Temperature manually as per the requirement of melting point of different metals. 3) A ON/OFF Switch button , temperature indicator in Degree Celsius , increasing and decreasing temperature buttons to set the exact temperature and voltage indicator are must. 4) A "SET" Button. This button when Pressed will maintain the constant desired temperature. For example the melting point of Iron is 1800 Degree Celsius. Once the furnace reaches this point and this button should be pressed so that there is not drop or increase in temperature irrespective of external conditions or other conditions. 5) Maximum melting point to be reached is 2100 Degree Celsius. 6) It should be able to reach those temperatures within 10-15 minutes. 7) It should be compact , lightweight and can easily be moved from one place to other(although this is not a major requirement if we have to compromise on it's quality or design to achieve the same but I believe that something like this can be achieved considering the fact that we live in advance age) 8) It should be able to work with the help of capacitor batteries or any other Lithium Ion battery/Solar batteries or the batteries which are used in Trucks or any other external source of battery. 9) It should be able to take in 240V of electricity since in my country its the standard 3-pin socket output provided by the government. 10) It should be able to hold crucible for melting the metals. For reference I have included a few pictures of my idea of the design , you are welcome to share yours and guide me along the way pointing out any flaws or cons of the same , thereby suggesting something economical as well as good performer at the same time. 11) Most importantly incase there is some major voltage fluctuation during its operation , there should be some very strong safety measures built into it to avoid any major accidents. 12) The components used in the project should be economical(since wearing of components will occur over the course of time and hence very costly components need not be installed) easily available(although this is not a compulsory requirement if quality will be compromised) 13) You will have to design the entire circuit board , a board which is not sub-standard in quality but above a certain threshold of quality but at the same time which will be economical to produce. 14) Since it is a furnace its maximum weight holding capacity including the weight of the crucible should be 6Kgs. 15) It should also be able to work with lesser weight such as from 50 Grams. External design/look of the furnace can be worked out later once the design and testing is completed. 16) The Total weight of all the electrical components including PCB should not be more than 10Kgs. 17) A Graphite crucible will be used for holding the metals. 18) The project needs to be completed within 180 Days from the date of you joining the project. If you can check all the above 18 points , you are welcome to join the project. Minor adjustments can be made here and there but not all of the above 18 points can be compromised because otherwise it will defeat the very purpose of posting this project. Please note this is not for mass production or commercial use. Thank you.

We are hiring someone to prepare and organize the visual assets needed for YouTube videos. Your CORE RESPONSIBILITY will be: 1) Read the script for a given YouTube video, then use your best judgement as to what visual assets would be optimal for each section of the video. Then? 2) Prepare + collect these assets, as needed, and organize them into a Google Drive folder for our video editors. The videos on our channel primarily focus around Photoshop, graphic design, ecommerce, and related topics. The ultimate goal of each video is to provide concise, maximum value to the user while also sprinkling in a bit of fun/humor/entertainment. KEY REQUIREMENTS include: --Experience with the YouTube-video-creation process; --Graphic design / Photoshop skills + experience; --An active Photoshop subscription (a legitimate non-pirated Adobe Photoshop subscription is strongly preferred); --The ability to perform screen-recording videos which clearly and correctly demonstrate the appropriate/required actions for the viewer, on a clean and visually-uncluttered computer workspace (ie, you don't have 40 irrelevant tabs/windows open during the demo, etc); --Excellent instincts + judgement as to what visual assets would be optimal for a given video section; --Creativity, resourcefulness, + initiative, in terms of preparing the very best visual assets, so as to make the very best final video for the viewer. ADDITIONAL BONUS TRAITS include: --Good sense of humor and the ability to integrate a bit of fun/humor/entertainment into some of the visual assets as well. ORGANIZATION / EXPECTATIONS: --The visual assets for a given video will be organized into a dedicated Google Drive folder for that video. This folder will contain clearly-named sub-folders including SCREEN-RECORDING VIDEOS, SCREENGRAB IMAGES, STOCK VIDEOS, STOCK IMAGES, MIDJOURNEY IMAGES, CUSTOM IMAGES, and perhaps others if needed. --The filenames must be clear + descriptive, so our video editors can easily understand what each item demonstrates. "video-1.mp4" is a bad filename since it's unclear what that video illustrates. "create-new-smart-object-in-photoshop.mp4" and "how-to-use-psd-mockups-in-photoshop.mp4" is a clear, descriptive filename whose contents can be understood at a glance. --Items do not need to be excessively split up into tiny clips. (Example: Imagine the current video topic is "Best T-Shirt Mockup Websites", and one featured website is CreativeMarket.com. We wouldn't need separate video files for each little action performed on this website; one single screen-recording video showcasing the relevant actions on this website titled "creative-market-website-screen-recording.mp4" will be sufficient for our editors to scrub through to find the relevant clips) --The balance of needed/optimal assets will vary, from video-to-video. One video might be 90%+ screen-recording videos. Another might be more stock videos or custom images to visually illustrate certain concepts. The goal is NOT to arbitrarily fill the above folders with assets for each video just for the sake of filling each and every possible folder; the goal is instead to use your best judgement as to what visual assets are needed to make the very best video, then simply prepare those and only those required assets, and then conclude your prep for that video. --The ideal candidate will strike the best balance between, selecting/preparing the optimal assets for a given video—but NOT spending excessively massive amounts of time doing this for any one specific video. The goal is to select + curate an excellent pool of assets while ALSO working efficiently. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: --If you create custom images/assets for a given video, you must be willing to provide us a "work for hire" / "copyright transfer" agreement, granting me + my company the copyright to use these assets in our YouTube videos (and perhaps in other marketing materials as well.) This will be a simple Google Document between us. --If you download stock videos or stock image assets, they must come from Storyblocks or Envato Elements, and you must provide the URL list of the specific assets you sourced/downloaded for each video. This will be a simple text document provided to us. POINTS OF CLARIFICATION: --Your responsibility here is NOT to edit together the final YouTube videos themselves; you are instead responsible for preparing the key visual assets for a given video. (Our video editors will take it from there to edit together the final video.) If hired, we will begin with a few paid trial projects. If you do an excellent job in this role, there is likely to be consistent, ongoing work in this position. Selected candidates will be provided with links to our recent YouTube videos to help understand the current video style, the visual assets commonly used, and how the balance of visual assets might vary based upon the video topic. Thank you!
